My mother had a pair of these for sewing work when I was a kid. When I starting doing the same stuff, I wanted a pair. These were the perfect size and design. They snip through thread, etc like a dream. I can get right up against the fabric as needed. They seem sturdy and nicely made. The fact that they are iridescent is great because I won't mistake them for my mom's golden colored ones. Good price too!

A little smaller than expected. But effective. And pretty. My male partner would not be able to fit his fingers inside the handles if he tried. I have smaller fingers so plenty of room for me. At least I know he can't use them for anything they're not meant for. 🤣

Sharp and working well so far

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these. Perhaps just a conveniently small, and cute, pair of scissors that fit in the basket and function about like any pair of shears. I was happily surprised to find that these are very sturdy little things and that they "snip" fantastically well. As in: my embroidery thread no longer has little annoying hard-to-thread tails. They're very much like a hairdresser's super-sharp shears. Plus, the pointy beak works almost as well as a seam ripper, because it can wiggle underneath a stitch. If you make a lot of oops mistakes like I do, this is helpful.... I'd buy another pair in a heartbeat--and will be considering them as little gifties for sewing friends for birthdays or holidays or whatever.

They're really cute and very sharp, and quite tiny -- so tiny that I don't know where they are at the moment. Once I locate them again, though, they will prove to work well! Everyone is always stealing my bigger pairs of scissors, so this one was purchased to keep with my cross-stitch projects.

As a nail tech I use these everyday. They are my go to for cutting tips on the big toe. They are sharp, a pretty color, and perfect size. Also they disinfect just fine.

Okay but these are super cute. Sharp and work great for intended use. I got them to snip threads while sewing but use them for yarn as well while crocheting. Basically they're workable which is great, haven't broken even though I'm clumsy and hard on my items, and they're so cute that I've pulled them out just to show them off (to the same three people... Sigh. I miss the world). So it's win.

I loved these scissors. They are great for trimming and shaping nail tips (even thick ones) I do my nails every couple of weeks and I`ve had these for a couple of months and they haven’t failed me yet. Such a satisfying buy! And so amazing especially for the low price and cute design.
