My oldest kept having irregular mood patterns. And wouldn't stop stretching her shirts until I got these. This is a size small for someone who is in a 6 and a 2t . I'd say way to big for toddlers who are under 4T size unless you are supervising them. If you are hesitant on the size go one bigger than what you think you need.

My son is autistic and loves this little body sock! He looked so cute wearing it as well . He’s 8, tall and skinny and medium fit perfectly with room to grow! The price is great too as most sensory items geared towards autism are outrageously priced, I would say this was a win all around.
