Second times the charm.
Second time out.. it broke.. I use it on a jetski.. I think I'll be able to put it back together, but will need to buy another to see how is assembled.Update: great customer service, they saw this review and refunded me automatically.

Good product and price.
I installed the winch with ease, the price was good, it brook the first time I used it. The bolt that holds the anti reverse latch snapped off as soon as I applied pressure to the boat to tighten it up to the boat. I have been boating over fifty years and this is the first time to experience this failure. I think it was a defect in the bolt or a damage that happened in handling by the shipping, I'm not sure. But a trip to the hardware store and three dollars replaced the bolt. all being said, it's a good product at a fair price. I want to also say I did not contact the company due to the easy fix.
