Worst product...Left stains on the clothes

Worst product.. doesn't wash clothes properly.Filter doesn't work.so dirt remains in machine and after spinning it deposited on clothes and make them dirtier....And service is just show off.... service providers came and do nothing....and said this problem cannot be solved.... I face this problem in new machine in 2nd wash only ....and worst part is samsang don't care even after several complaints.
