Very sturdy hoops with no breakable joints
Got these greenhouse hoops (cover fabric is a separate purchase) for use in my planter now that the weather is cooling off. So far they seem to be working well. The six 4' flexible rods seem real sturdy -- you just bend them to the size you need, from 2 to 4' wide. Happily there are no hoop joints to contend with; the green clips in the photo are fabric clips which secure the cover fabric to the hoops. Thusfar haven't had any damage to the plants nor fabric from animals, wind, nor rain. Packaging is solid and instructions on how to uncoil the rods are included -- DO NOT CUT THE ZIP TIES!!! Read the pamphlet and watch the video first to learn how to sequentially loosen each set of ties. The hoops are tied with 7 zip ties and are under tension, so have BOTH hands on the coils at all times unless you want to lose an eye or nose.

A great buy for your raised garden beds
I am very happy with this purchase for my garden. It is very windy in the spring where I live, so even though the frost date is early enough to get a good start on the garden, the wind will kill new plants. These hoops will likely help me get an early start on my garden because I will set up a greenhouse type atmosphere for my plants with a plastic cover attached to the hoops. The clips that are provided are very good. I've been testing them in the recent cold weather and they grip the hoops securely. My raised beds are about 3' wide and the curve of the hoops is good. I did go to a big box store to see if I could find something similar to use for hoops, to check on a better price. Buying this item here was a better buy than trying to find it elsewhere. I'll probably be buying more in the spring. I just need to figure out what I'll be growing and when I'll be growing it. I'll use plastic covering for the early part of the growing season, but as time goes on, I'll probably use some kind of porous cloth to keep the bugs and birds away. As you can tell, I'm looking forward to next season's vegetable garden!

Works great in raised beds
Used these supports this fall as temperatures have started to drop. They worked great with the lightweight fabric I used to cover the tomatoes & peppers. Easy to work with and the clips stay put. We are getting ready to take them down now and store them until spring planting.

Love this product so much, that I’ve already bought 4
Absolutely love these. Only bad thing is how you can get hurt when opening it, but not if you are careful and read the instructions several time. What I love about these though is that they DONT have joints. All the other low caterpillar tunnels have joints that look very flimsy.I have pretty good faith these are going to last me YEARS. They would be so hard to break.I originally got the bare minimum kit originally, thinking it came with covers. It doesn’t- so becareful which one you add to cart.I haven’t used the cloth yet, but it looks really well made. This is a great price too for coming wi the the cloth, many of the others those are separate. I also really like the clips, they don’t move but are really easy to clip on and off.I plan on going to get more for this field.

Please DO carefully follow their instructions!!
The hoops come packaged in a tightly coiled state held together with plastic ties. I'm very glad I took the time to read the instructions because these hoops could do serious damage (like take out an eye) if the ties are not removed properly. I think it's best to have assistance for this process, with one person holding the coil tightly while the other goes about releasing and sliding off the ties. It took a fair amount of strength to get the ties to release. However, once that somewhat challenging business was done, the rest was quick and easy. The clamps slide onto the hoops effortlessly (again, if one reads the instructions) and feel secure. All in all, it feels like a quality product. I would have given it 5 stars but had to factor in the risk since not everyone bothers to read instructions.

Great product!
I really like this product. The clips work well. My only two suggestions: more netting and make it 10' wide to allow for larger plants like zucchini, and for the love of Pete....package this in a long rectangular box. The zip tie system was not fun to remove, too way too long, and I was afraid it would snap back and hit me in the face as I was uncoiling the supports.

For gardeners
I had to get a kit to keep bugs and mainly birds off my vegetables and this did it for me. The net was bought separately but speaking for the kit clip, they do well as far as hold. I haven't had any blow off during big storms.
