Love this bag. Lots of space, great compartments, and the bottom clapses or extends based on how much space you need. Fits under the seat of aircraft.

This bag exceeded my expectations. Nice quality fabric, good zippers, enough pockets in the right places, and love that it expands and it's packable.If only it had a long removable strap, it's not hands free because I cannot sling it over my shoulder. If they added that, I would give it 5 stars and purchase again.

It was perfect to bring folded up to Europe and stuff with gifts on the way back. I did add a removable shoulder cushion to the straps.

Seems to be a quality product. But I ordered it because Amazon said it weighed 15.3 ounces in one place and 1.1 pounds in another. With a 4 pound weight limit for personal item on airline were traveling on, this makes a difference to us and was the deciding factor in why we chose this bag over others. Actual weight 1.6. Now wondering what other false information is included in the description. Will be returning it.

I dress up for work and hate carrying a duffle bag for gym clothes and sneakers. This bag is great size without being too bulky or duffle bag looking, and still looks decently neutral to bring to work. Love all the storage avaliable inside and outside. My only wish is that it had a water bottle pocket on the outside. Otherwise I have to open the bag to get the bottle. It's not a big deal but I hate doing so as I travel the subway and don't like opening bags, purses etc. In subway. I still love the bag though!
