I have some awg 23 wire. are these likely to work? It says awg24, but...

Our cat6 connectors are perfect for cat6 24 AWG cables. Maximum Insulated wire OD: 1.1mm. The maximum 1.1mm insulated wire could be inserted in our cat6 connector for https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07451LPHR If you use more than 1.1mm insulated wire, will not fit in the cat6 connectors hole

The video shows what appears to be an integrated strain relief boot being installed into the connector. Are these included in the container?

I have ordered this product many times as I work in IT. There is no boot. One of the pictures they show is for another product.

Is this compatible with cat6a?

American Wire Gauge (AWG) - a measurement of the thickness of conductive wires - comes into play for the copper conductors in shielded and unshielded twisted-pair cabling. Most of the cat6 and cat6a cables are 23AWG with Max Insulated wire OD: 1.041mm (0.041"). Our cat6 connector hole is 1.1mm. If your cat6a cable insulated AWG is less than 1.1mm, it should work fine.

Are these real gold plated or gold color plated with titanium nitride?

Seriously I have no idea, but they work well, and according to my TDR testing on a dozen cables that I've made up, they function as well as others I've used. However, make no mistake...At the price point that these are at they may not be an actual gold plate but I can't support or not support that ideation. I wasn't going submit a $0.38 connector to a metallurgical lab for an assay.
