Used it just once - good so far
Used it just once - good so far. Rode relatively rough trail and it held in place. Survived few drops and stairs riding.I think the trick is to tighten the knobs properly - not too loose, not too tight, so that the bottle snaps into place when put back.

Lose that bottle cage with these
I have two of these on my Riese & Muller e-bike, and they are fabulous. Space is freed up in a trunk bag or pannier. One caution is that the provide screws and mounts don't work on my particular brand of bike (threads are too small), so double check before buying.

Great on a road bike, not great in the bike park
Great bottle for road bikes and light trail riding. Popped off on a landing and bottom of the bottle got a hole in it. Make sure to tighten the bolts down.

Stays on bike better than a cage
Used it 5 times, seems to stay on good, even in the chunk and gnar. Squeezes easy, only complaint is I wish you could buy additional mounts, and the valve in the top is coming apart, still works, but it is falling apart. But I do like having a bottle mount on mtb that stays put even over bumps and jumps.

kamikaze bottle doesn't stay put, very flimsy
I've used this water bottle twice, once on the down tube in a race, and once on the seat tube on a slow casual ride, on my none-too-fancy entry level road bike. Here's my pros and cons, cons first.CONS:* (on down tube) It's hard to access in a fast-paced situation, but I will concede that maybe it takes practice. Lining up the bottle exactly as needed to fit over the pegs is about a 50-50 shot. You must get it securely on BOTH pegs obviously, but it is easier said than done. In a race situation it was clumsy and insecure.* (on seat tube) It has a tendency to "jump" off of its pegs on the slightest bump. For example, on a relatively slow ride (10-12 mph) on a paved bike path, each sidewalk segment bump or bridge threshhold would cause it to jump out completely. In less than a quarter mile, the bottle left its pegs for the pavement twice. After the second suicide jump, the flow-bit that you put in your mouth was chipped away (see photos). I had to hide the bottle in the bushes for the return trip, because... (see next point)* This bottle won't stay put in a standard water bottle cage, and instead tried to leap to its death from there too. This time I was able to stop and catch it with my foot before it hit the ground. So, it's not interchangeable in the systems.* Flimsy plastic - you can see the broken plastic and deep scratches from the 2 successful leaps the bottle made. For comparison -- I have another water bottle (brand rhymes with Solar) that I have dropped dozens of times over the years, and once even it fell down a steep slope concrete embankment of 200 ft where it hit hard at the bottom. I was able to retrieve it, wash it off and continue using. a few minor scrapes, but nothing worse than what it would get from a drop from hip height. This water bottle simply won't last.PROS:* It's attractive, and it looks elegant (only on the down tube).* Even when the mouth nozzle was broken it still held water and didn't ever seem to leak like my other bottles do.Overall I don't recommend this bottle unless its for 1 purpose only: Transporting a bottle of water from one place to another without a cage. As I mentioned, it's not great for quick sips during rides, and it doesn't stay put on the seat tube. Even if put in conventional cages, it still has a death wish. Maybe it will work for your purposes but definitely not for mine.Note: If I could return it I would, but I missed the return window by a few days. My search for a non-leaky, easy flow, better water bottle that loves its life continues.

Spout broke and flimsy body
The pop-out spout broke rather quicklly and the body of container is very thin.

Pretty good
I loved my bottle I used it for the first time today on just a normal commute to work. Sadly it decided to fly off and is lost in the streets of Michigan. I may have put it on wrong, or I may have hit a bump that made it disappear, but it is a good buy. I think it was just user error sadly.

Minimalist
Looks better than and lighter weight than a cage. Not so easy to put back on while pedaling. Doesn't seem to ne as durable as standard. But overall i like it as my second bottle.
