It's helping with numbness down my arm
Maybe my neck is longer than it should be? I have to sort of slide farther down on the neck stretcher to make it where my head doesn't touch the floor, which is probably negating the effect of the device. I'll try putting a book under it to see if that works. It is helping, regardless of being a bit too small. When I crochet, my right arm and hand go numb, but after using this for a few days, it has improved.

The soft cushioning in the middle is a game changer
This is great! The other version They make doesn’t have this padding and it relaxes the neck, but the soft center is much more relaxing and protects the back of your head. The arteries in the back of the brain can be compressed very easily by resting on some thing hard, and this alleviates that concern.

I can sleep through the night
This arrived within a day. The neck pain kept me up at night and after using this for 10 minute- session, I could sleep through the night. Although I had stiff neck in the morning, I am glad I can at least get a good night sleep. It says you can only use 10 min at a time and 30 min max (so 3 times). I incorporating breaks during my work 2/day for a break from monitors and relaxing the neck. I thought about getting the heating and vibrating one, but this support alone does the trick. Strongly recommended.

Happy Neck
This device has become a game changer. With the use of computers and mobile devices this is my go to at the end of my day. Just 10 minutes prior to going to bed is all you need. It relaxes the tension in my neck muscles. I have even fallen asleep on this for 30 minutes. I have given this device as gifts to family members and friends. It has been a huge hit. It takes a few times to get use to using it but, don’t give up. It’s a game changer!!
