This eagle plane, is just plain fun! It is super easy to operate right out of the box. It is so fun to fly him around our cove and watch the sparrows go after him. First battery (comes with two) lasted a good 15 minutes. You don't have to find a nice flat spot for him to take off, just give it throttle and give it a toss.

I can't say I disliked anything about the product. It is pretty easy to use. Its pretty cool. Just one thing to be mindful if is the wind. If it's windy, then the wind will take it. My bird took off to the mountain and I had to go for a hike. That was my fault because my son wanted to fly it anyways. I would definitely buy it again. The batteries work fine. The tail broke off. Bit thw kids were playing and landed on it. I krazy glued it and it works just fine. So, if you are interested in the product, go for it. It's reliable, fun and pretty easy to use. Hope this review helps make your mind up.

This is for the DEERC RC Plane 'Bald Eagle'. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Ordered this before July 4th, thought it would be a fun surprise at our camp. Right out of the box, brand-new, the remote wouldn't work - completely dead. Tried two sets of new batteries - from what I could tell, dead as a doornail. No light and no reaction. The propeller-motors on the plane (bird) would turn right on when you turn on the power - couldn't slow/stop/increase or turn or anything because of the remote. I tried just in case it was only a light out, but nothing at all. This item was JUNK right out of the box, brand-new. Absolute waste of money. Yeah, maybe I can return it but not worth my time (I live remote). This is probably where they make their profit - knowing that at this price-point ($35+/-) many people will just throw it out instead of returning - and they keep the money.

Flies & glides effortlessly. I use it for the purpose of entertaining my dogs. I fly the Eagle right over their heads, and they chase it around endlessly. If you crash land the propellers may disconnect from the wings. That issue is easily solvable with glue. This product will NOT operate in any notable wind! Due to the lack of moving parts, it's surprisingly durable. Five stars, because it's low cost, easy to fly & fairly indestructible.

cheaply made but fun.

I got this for my 6 year old son. Granted, I do most of the flying, but I am pleasantly surprised with how easy it is fly. It seems to automatically stabilize, and it’s unbelievably light, so landings are pretty stress free. I will say, due to how light it is, I have been super cautious to only fly in “no wind” conditions. As far as aesthetics, it looks really cool. It is much smaller than an actual eagle, but it’s funny because I think that some of the birds in the park think it’s legit haha.

this bird was very easy to fly since when you turn the props x2 spins at different speeds to make the turn and as a new-be i would throttle back and stall but steering it saved me since it accelerates to turnCrashed it once and no damage. by the 4th landing it looked like a pro landing. my son is a gamer and he landed it prefect first go. the only bad is it is very lite and does get blown around on windy dayslove flying and good durability and looks great flying
