Whenever I was squatting in the gym, all you could hear was “cajsbkw akduid dniebie” from my knees and my homie would laugh at me. He told me I should start taking collagen. As a Muslim I can’t just take normal collagen cause it’s not halal. Found this marine one and it checks out. I’ve been taking it for over a year now, not daily but consistently enough and I definitely feel the difference. My joints feel better. It’s supposed to be good for skin, hair and nails as well. I’ve like it so far, ordered another one. I take it when I remember.

I like this marine collagen and have been pairing it with biotin, saw palmetto and a few other supplements for my thin hair. I definitely think it has helped a little in preventing as much shed as before taking this collagen. Hair thinning and hair loss for women in general is especially devastating because so much pressure exists to look youthful even as we age. Marine collagen is widely known for its role in helping to strengthen hair so this product is perfect for anyone who needs hair help.It’s tasteless and the serving size is 5 tablets daily which is a lot but I don’t mind because I take many supplements daily. The price point is affordable compared to other brands so I will definitely keep buying this product!

This is my first time taking marine collagen supplements, but I've taken other varieties for the past 6 years. I can't honestly say whether or not these are improving my skin, hair or nails and keeping my joints flexible, but I have felt that my skin has been looking a bit more glowy than usual. I believe that collagen supplements are an important part of my anti aging regimen, so I will continue taking them, however.The one thing I hate about this supplement is the serving size of 5 pills, when I'm used to taking 1-2 of any others I've used. They're not smooth capsules either, they are uncoated football shaped, large pills that don't go down without a fight. I actuallyfeel like I suffer for beauty as I gulp down one after the other. Some days, I break it down throughout the day,and take 2 in the morning, and the other 3 later. The product itself is good, but they should make them a bit easier to take. I mean, these could actually choke a person if you're not fully focused and don't have a full glass of water...per pill.

Marine collagen works as described and am very satisfied.

Despite the negative reviews about pill size and difficulty to swallow it, I decided to give it a try. It’s true that it’s probably the worst pill to swallow I ever had to deal with but I knew what I was going for so that was ok but to me the worst is what’s stated on the label : “consuming this product can expose you to lead, a chemical known to cause reproductive harm”. How come is this legal to sell?Not to mention product composition with Tilapia, the worst fish ever. I would never buy this again, I’m trashing those.
