Hi. The last stove top fan I bought was £20 and still works despite knocks, drops, kicks etc. it needed replaced so I bought this and while I understand it’s on offer I’m flabbergasted I spent £40 on such a thing.It arrived quickly and in good nick. First impressions were “ it’s tiny” compared to my other single blade fan.We have a 5kw stove in our dining room bordered by a room either side both with two exterior uninsulated granite walls.The stove was lit and the fan commenced working very quickly. Once up to temp the last fan would move heat around the adjoining rooms but to no great degree. Within three hours I, my wife and two unrelated visitors commented on the warmth in all three rooms. Point is, although the dining room is very warm the fan pushed air around to a point where the chill was taken two other really cold rooms. I wouldn’t be without central heating but this is a real bonus. It’s also very quiet, not silent just a very vague whirring if you’re close enough. I lit an incense stick near the fan this morning ( stove on of course ) and witnessed the fan push the smoke all over the place so it clearly does what it’s supposed to. Although this fan doesn’t actually heat anything it certainly makes ( in our house ) the most of our small stove. Very impressed and would buy again.

We have a big Vision 500 fire. It really is good. There is a limited height above, so lower twin bladed designs caught our eye, and with considerable width to the top plate, we thought we would have two.Interesting! They both work - but one works really well, and the other needs a very warm top plate to get going. Hotter one side? No - we move the fans, and the good one works well wherever it is placed. Is there a fault with the other? Not obviously - the two spinners operate easily; nothing is bent or catching. If we had the poorer one alone, we might be content, but alongside the other one, it is disappointing.

Just had a log burner fitted a few weeks ago and we’re new to all this. I have noticed if you stand in front of the fire it’s clearly warmer than the other side of the room which seems obvious however my point is the heat didn’t seem to reaching where we were sat. Bought this much to my wife’s dismay, but we were both pleasantly surprised by how neatly it sits on top of the fire and blends in. When it arrived I had a fire already going, placed this on top and it started spinning straight away and within 10-15 mins it started to feel warmer where we were sat down. Might be a placebo effect but it meant we didn’t need as much fuel on the fire as the heat was distributed better. I have a double sided fire in the middle of an open plan room so I’m now thinking of getting another for the other side 😁.Would definitely recommend

The fan does a fab job of heat distribution but it is so unsturdy and vibrates on the stove, really quite annoying

The media could not be loaded.  This is the first time I meet such a product. One of my friends with whom we go camping occasionally mentioned this product while burning a wood stove in the camp house. Because the house is large and the wood stove does not distribute heat evenly. Yes, it is very hot around the stove, but the heat spreads less to other corners of the room. He talked about such a product and I couldn't believe it. He then showed a few videos from the internet, something like this for our summer house was worth a try. Because I love different things and experiences. I immediately bought this fan, one of the fans recommended by a friend of mine.Having two fans was pretty good, because I was going to buy a single fan, but my friend said it would be good for a summer house with two fans. This weekend, I installed these fans next to the stove's hole where we added wood and started running. All you have to do is put it on the stove safely and securely and wait for a while.After waiting for a while, the fans start to work and can blow really good temperatures. That's why I definitely do not recommend touching the fans and I suggest you stay at least 50-60cm away. Thanks to these fans, the cold air temperature in the kitchen has dropped and we now have a warm kitchen and a peaceful summer house.

It's low height, and shifts air well but it's so noisy you can't have it on while trying to watch TV.

This is a good product. No assembling and ready to use from the box. Early indications are that this fan does the job. Fan starts whirring at about 200 degrees & pushes warm air around room. Immediately felt the benefit in living room which was definitely warmer within short time.

After reading the reviews we thought we would try your product. Like everyone else said, within minutes it started turning and that evening could feel the heat in every corner of our open plan kitchen, living & dining room. Already started asking others we know with log burners if they have one.
