Kirkland Signature Glucosamine & Chondroitin, 220 Tablets (2 Pack)

Product is used for joint health.

My doctor recommended Glucosamine & Chondroitin for hip pain. This brand has the same ingredients same pill quality as the more prominent supplements (e.g. Move-Free) but cost much less.

Using this product (for months now) to hopefully prevent joint pain and other problems due to aging. Don't know how to measure the results now and maybe will never be able to do so. I have to go on the word of others who claim major successes.

Until now, Spring Valley was my usual brand.So far I’ve only taken one dose of the Kirkland, but swallowing is easier than SV. First, opening the bottle produces a pleasant vanilla scent. And I detected no vanilla flavor, but they do have a thin slick coating that makes these large pills go down better.I prefer that a day’s dose be as few pills as possible. As with SV, the dose consists of two. So many of the competitors require 3+ pills - perhaps for ppl who have a hard time with the big ones. At any rate, the SV has become expensive enough to recommend Kirkland as a comparable value & more user-friendly.

Wanted to be able to protect bones hair etc have been using for a couple of years now and will continue.

Within days of taking this supplement my body aches and joint pain were greatly decreased. If I happen to skip a few days I definitely notice the difference. Highly recommend trying this if you suffer from joint pain.
