EDIT/UPDATE:Seller reached out and were willing to send me another clock to try. That clock works fine and very happy with the customer service!! I have upgraded it to 5 stars now. :)OLD REVIEW: Really liked the clock (looks, no sound, size) BUT it stopped working after after about a month and a half of use, of course right outside the return window :/ Amazon helped me to get a return/refund anyway though, so I appreciate that. Hopefully I was the only one that got a defective one and this isn't the experience for everyone.It seemed like when I tried a new battery it worked for a little while (like about a day and a half before it stopped again. When I go to change the time to test it again, it starts working for a little while when quitting. It seems like it's triggered to work' by me touching the dial in the back, but only for about a day or so before quitting again.

Update: the seller reached out and helped to resolve the matter which I was quite happy about. Not many sellers out there who genuinely have goods customer service, so I was pleasantly surprised with their efforts.We have been using this clock from the past 3 months now and it randomly starts to lose time.We tried new batteries twice and still had similar results .It's a shame because the clock itself looks great and I absolutely love the rose gold & black color contrast but it is an unreliable timepiece. Disappointing purchase.

I Really needed a clock for my kitchen but did not want a plug running down the wall. Battery clocks I hate the clicking ( click click click) sound it drives me crazy 🤪. I read the reviews on this clock wasn't sure I would like the color, but decided to try it, I could always send it back if it was loud or color wasn't nice. But I Have to tell you I was so PLENSENTLY SURPRISED. The color looked Rich but it is very light. I put in the Battery n it started to work right away and I Couldn't even Hear it THAT WAS THE BEST PART.its been in my kitchen over a month it keeps the exact time if you didn't see the 2nd hands moving you wouldn't even know it was there. I just ordered another one and sent it to my sister. I think she'll love it too.Hope they all work like mine. If not have them send another one because it really is Qiiet

I waited a few days to make sure I hadn’t used a bad battery the first time but after replacing twice the clock will still stop randomly. Sometimes it will restart on its own but it’ll be hours behind and other times I’ve had to reset it for it to start ticking again. It looks really nice but the material is very cheapUPDATE: the seller reached out and offered a replacement clock. The customer service was good and easy to communicate with them. I’ve used the new clock for about a month now with no random stopping issues. Because of this I’ve updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars.

I have this clock in my home office. It is beautiful and I can look up and see time clearly. What else can anyone want. The clocks in our home are all unique and I enjoy every single one of them. I think this clock would go great wherever any one puts it.
