My kids love these but the seller continues to send me crepe mix and not pancakes! So frustrating!!!

Farin'Up Fabulous Pancakes Mix is easy to use. Add milk, mix, make like regular pancakes. Ours didn't rise much. There was an odd smell when opening and a slightly off taste, not like the mix was bad but just sort of unpleasant aftertaste. Not a favorite and not one we would use again after the first batch.

This Farin'Up Fabulous Pancake Mix is just the ticket when you're in the mood for some delicious Pancakes and don't have a lot of time. Easy peasy to prepare - the dry powder Mix and milk! This brand is right up there with the other brand names that we all know, and just as tasty, though a bit more pricey. Of course you can't beat Mom's homemade Pancakes that required a lot more time and expertise to prepare, with their fluffy sweet goodness, but these are a close second taste-wise. This Farin'Up Mix has the same ingredients, and are so much more convenient to fix when your taste buds are crying out for Pancakes! (Should be served with real Maple Syrup - best ever!) The Farin'Up Pancake Mix (and more mixes) is produced/made in the small country of Luxembourg - squeezed in between Belgium, Germany, and France - all known for their delicious foods. The dry cream colored Mix comes in a 16 oz. recyclable bag with pour spout, a little hard to open at first - protective ring, but well worth it! Or, you can just tear the top off if that's easier to access. Either way, it's a fine product.

This is in my mind a very expensive convenience product. I can make this from scratch and it costs pennys on the dollar.

Freshness - Best if used by September 2023, so plenty of time.Overall these are great tasting pancakes that are easy to make. Light, fluffy and sweet.A few notes1. I used a non-stick pan and not a greased pan as shown in the instructions. They came out great2. The instructions on the package says you get 4 servings. What are they considering a serving? Is that one pancake, two? I got 5 four-inch pancakes from the directions to make one batch.3. The nutrition facts list a serving as 1/3 of a cup of dry mix. That would mean a cup has 3 servings not the 4 servings as shown in the mixing instructions.4. The nutrition facts says there are 16 servings in the container. That would mean it has 40g (one serving) times 16 (servings per package) so, the package should contain 640g. However the package only contains 454 grams. That means the package only has just over 11 servings, not 165. If you make a batch is shown using one cup of mix, the package will have enough mix for 3 and 3/4 batches.In spite the the discrepancies between nutrition serving sizes, the packaging and mixing instructions, they still taste good.
