Can this paper be used for evo solvent ink?

What temperature do you cure the dtf powder at? I am using Welacer film and powder, but I can't get to the powder to melt without the film curling up.

I have tried several different settings and can not get any prints using this transfer film as it gets jammed everytime i try, why is this?
