Very used, scuffed and dirty but sold as new
The item was very used and in poor condition. Really dirty wheels. Black marks on the wheels. Scuffed metal. Bolt missing. No packaging. Scooter was just thrown in a big box loosely and shipped. No instructions. Unbelievable that a business would actually do this.

Excellent Customer Service
My boy loves this scooter. We had a part break, I reached out to customer service and they had a new part to me within a few days at no charge! Very easy to deal with and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Not sturdy, got hot
This was not sturdy for my 4 and 6 year Olds. They did not feel safe. They rode it a couple times in 1 day and the part you stand on got hot.
