Most pickled carrots I’ve purchased are much too sweet and I have tried several different brands. Fosters pickled carrots are so good they are downright addictive! When all the carrots have been eaten, I sometimes use the the pickle juice in pasta salad.

I did not like them initially. They just sat in the pantry after I bought them. The flavor grew on me tho. I felt bad for getting a refund. Maybe they just needed to sit on the shelf a little longer? Idk

I only ordered these to get the pickled brussel sprouts they came paired with as at the time I couldnt find the brussel sprouts by themselves. But I did use them and they were better than Id expected. I still like pickled brussel sprouts better.

I bought these as part of a spring roll recipe, and now am addicted. They are crunchy, salty, and have a little bit of a kick to them. I now find myself adding them to wraps and sandwiches instead of pickles. They are also an easy snack in a rush. I bought 2 jars and they are already gone. Time to restock.
