Fantastic piece of equipment. Though a bit pricey, it compensates with the quality and effectiveness of the product. I don't have a drain outlet so I have been depending on the inbuilt 2.5 liter container. I think it works well as it gives the machine a break even few hours which will certainly extend the life of the machine. Works fantastic during Mumbai monsoon to keep the room dry. It does take time to reach the low humidity levels and also gives off warmth from the machine which is understandable. Long term ownership experience is yet to be determined.

I regret, with this price i could've bought an air conditioner that does the same thing. But anyway, the product collects water from the air and stores it, so It reduces humidity temporarily in the room. But if windows open on a rainy day, the work that the machine does is very less. It's not noisy, but depending on how you're gonna use it, please look at other options as well.

After almost a year of ownership, Pros: 1. Works as intended, no device problems - easy to operate. 2. Good for drying clothes indoors in just a few hours. Cons: Can’t think of one, Does its job. Note that it will make your room a bit warmer (like any dehumidifier does).

Absolutely classy & value for money... I love the features & look. The product shows accurate dehumidified info & plastic built quality for Rs.19000/- is topnotch. It's silent too. I had ordered miniso dehumidifier because I support made in India, but that is so basic for the price i paid 14000. I recommend Sharp dehumidifier.

This is one of the worst products I have ever received from Amazon. When I unpacked the machine, I noticed an oily film covering its exterior, which immediately raised concerns about its condition. After switching it on, it started making unusual noises. I contacted Sharp customer support and checked the troubleshooting guide, which mentioned that some noise can occur if the room is cold, so I waited for about 30 minutes. Instead of functioning properly, the machine failed to control the humidity, and the entire room filled with smoke. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new appliance and raises serious concerns about its quality and safety. What is even more disappointing is the customer experience. Living in a remote location, I ordered this product with the hope of receiving a reliable machine. After waiting 10–15 days for delivery, I received a defective unit. Now I have to return it, wait for the refund, and place a new order because a replacement is not available. In an era where services like Blinkit and Instamart can deliver products within minutes, it is frustrating that purchasing a humidifier ends up taking 30–45 days from order to finally receiving a working product. I expected much better quality control from both Sharp and Amazon. This has been a very disappointing experience

This is fabulous to dry laundry, hanging up inside, in just hours. Even in the rainy season, laundry dries very quickly.

Odor reduction, low noise , ease use
