Perfect Companion for Outdoor Cooking: The Blackstone Tabletop Griddle
The Blackstone Tabletop Griddle has quickly become a beloved addition to my outdoor cooking gear. It seamlessly combines high-quality materials, user-friendly design, and easy maintenance to deliver an exceptional cooking experience.Right from the start, the quality of the materials is striking. The griddle feels robust and durable, ready to stand up to the rigors of outdoor cooking. It gives me confidence that this is a piece of equipment that will accompany my camping trips for many years to come.Operating the Blackstone Tabletop Griddle is an absolute breeze. The controls are intuitive and responsive, making it easy to adjust the heat level to suit whatever I'm cooking. Whether it's burgers for a crowd or pancakes for breakfast, I can trust this griddle to deliver perfect results every time.I also appreciate the cast iron construction of the griddle surface. It was surprisingly easy to season, leading to an effective non-stick surface that further enhances the cooking process. Foods cook evenly, retain their juices, and have that fantastic grilled flavor that can only come from a quality griddle. When it comes to cleaning, the Blackstone Griddle shines again. The design ensures that the excess oil and food particles are conveniently channeled away, making the cleanup process quick and straightforward. It's an often overlooked feature that saves time and effort, particularly when camping. Finally, the compact size of the griddle makes it a perfect fit for the outdoor cooking area of my camper. It's compact enough for easy storage and transport, yet large enough to cook a decent quantity of food at once. It hits the sweet spot between practicality and performance. To wrap it up, the Blackstone Tabletop Griddle is a winner in my book. It delivers on all fronts, from the quality of the materials to the ease of use, the simplicity of seasoning the cast iron, and ease of cleaning. If you're looking for a reliable, user-friendly cooking solution for your outdoor adventures, this griddle is a fantastic choice. Five stars well earned!

Great Buy
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic grill. Perfect size for all your needs. Small enough to take camping (although slightly heavy) but big enough to handle the demand of a big family. We use it at home and on the go. Definitely definitely definitely season this grill well before using. Beef tallow or the blackstone seasoning works fantastic. If you don’t you’re risking rusting and all sorts of problems. If you take care of it though it will last a very long time. So satisfied with this purchase i’m thinking about buying a second one for my mom’s house.

Awesome griddle
Bought this for my kid who is working on his cooking merit badge and for camp outs as he will be cooking for his patrol.Went back and forth between the 17” and the 22”. Glad we went for the 22”!It’s heavy, but that’s due to the steel cooking surface, no worries about flaking non stick coatings!!! It is becoming more and more non stick as we use it as the seasoning builds up.The 22” inch having 2 burners is good as well as we can vary the temp side to side. Hotter on one side for hash browns, less hot for eggs on the other side.Much more surface area and room than the typical camp stove and skillets the kids usually cook on.Was a great purchase!

Uneven temp, but not a deal breaker
Ordered the 22" with attached hood and stand without wheels.First impressions.... Well packaged, easy to set up. Seems top heavy when sitting on stand, but I'm guessing it will be fine sitting on my deck. seasoning was easy and a good time/reason to mix a drink. My first use was a good experience... Heats up fairly quick and grilled onions on one side, potatoes on the other. While it was warming up, I checked the temp with a infrared temp gun and noticed the temps would vary from 275 around the edges to 575 right over the burners. I am running propane out of a 20lb tank and the temps never really seemed to adjust up or down when control knobs were turned up or down respectively. Moving the temp gun an inch or so to the left or right from over the burner gets a temperature change of 50-75 degrees. To be fair, I was checking only after the griddle had heated for 5-7 minutes. My guess is the temp may have evened out some if it had heated for a longer time.I think the design could benefit from a redesign of the burners to even out the temps across the griddle, but it still gets the job done. My other complaint which is minor, has to do with the placement of the propane hookup on the side of the griddle. It sticks out right in front of the "prep" tray and seems in the way... again, simple redesign placement could solve a minor, but irritating issue. For the price, it's a good deal. I like the 22" model with the smaller footprint yet plenty of room to do what most people will be using it for.
