This is perfect. It’s the middle of winter so I didn’t have any luck finding pool noodles but found this gem. My SafetyFirst rear facing convertible car seat wiggled too much for my own liking. I tried so many different suggestions but it never was solved. This fixed it perfectly. The car seat barely wiggles and the foam roll is holding up strong. It’s fairly long so it being too short is no issue.

I am very fluent in car seats, my job requires that I transport kids of all ages daily. The car seat is too tall in some cars that there is no room to get the baby in and out of the seat without actually getting in the back seat while you hold child so that you are next to the seat and can put child in from this position. The bsck of the seat is almost touching the ceiling of a lot of cars. You've read this before, mind you, I'm 5'3 and 140 lbs. I deal with kids of all sizes daily. I have horses, drive an F-450 while hauling my horse trailer and can setup horse camp by myself, so I don't really feal like a wuss. This thing is heavy! I'm not joking, I read the reviews and knowing my lifestyle figured it would be heavy but I could certainly handle it I have a Recaro that is heavy too....NOT THIS HEAVY! I've had t he car seat less than a week and have had to move twice. I'm sending it bsck, as I give it everything I've got to move it across the garage I think, are you kidding me. I need a hand truck to move the car seat. Too heavy for this cowgirl to deal with foe any length of time. Bottom line, it's the safest there is and lasts longer than most. But it is ridiculously heavy , there are lady's who will not be able to move it. Britax has an 8 year life and an excellent safety record. Recaro is an amazing car seat on the heavy side but manageable, these are the seats I will stick with. I really wanted and tried to love this seat but with the inpracticality of infant rear facing and the almost impossible weight it is impossible. For everyone who reads this, don't take the heavy thing lightly....it will factor in even if you only move the seat occasionally.

Highly recommended by someone who has spent a lot of time looking into and researching safe installation of car seats, which is shockingly more complicated than you might think. This was extremely helpful in getting our car seats to sit straight in our old car where the seats are very squishy. So much more effective than a pool noodle. It has saved me hours of installing and uninstalling to try to get a tight fit after the seat would shift and compress after a few days of being installed.

I use this to level out a Britax infant seat base in my 02 Camaro. We also used this recently to level the seat in several SUVs that we were test driving. It seems high quality but it does have some permanent indents left in it from being installed in the Camaro for a few weeks. The cold weather with wild fluctuations may have helped that. I also strap the seat down pretty hard. They don't seem to be breaking down but even if this does start to break up in a few months I'd gladly buy a new one because it levels the seat and is cheap. If it was very expensive I'd expect it to last forever but it is a cheap piece of foam so I got what I expected. I'll let everyone know if it suddenly falls apart but other than those perma-dents that just help me line everything up when I remove and re-install it, there are no signs of any damage anywhere.

This didn't work in my car (2016 subaru forester). The way the angle of the seats lined up with my car seat, this didn't even touch my car seat. This would have worked with the style of my last car I think. It's a good idea, just didn't work with my set up!

Works great and looks better than a bright blue pool noodle. That being said if you don’t mind the blue pool noodle look it is way more cost effective and works just as well . This works great but pricey for the product.

Was going to buy pool "noodles" because this is what we had used previously in our car, but those are hard to come by in winter.Instead opted to go with these. While these are noting more then hard foam, they are exactly what we needed. We tried sticking several different items underneath our car seats, but none held up as good as these. If you've ever gone to one of the state-approved carseat check centers or at fire departments, a non-branded version of these is what they hand out to support car seats.Fit was excellent in our explorer and raised the car seat up considerably to the point that it met requirements for a newborn.

Mi pare valido. Molto rigido (come i "tubi" da piscina). Io l'ho messo dietro la schiena di un seggiolino gruppo 2/3 per renderlo meno diritto, aouta ad inclinare di poco, ma é sufficiente. Il seggiolino risulta molto stabile, quindi non credo danneggi la sicurezza.

Firm foam to provide ideal angle for the infant car seat. This has made it easier to drive by worrying about baby's next all the time while driving a bit less.I highly recommend it for new born babies as it makes the car seat flat enough to be safe yet comfortable.
