Fantastic!
My daughter got one of these because she’s not the best at flossing. Our dentist suggested she try one. Since it comes with several tips, she had me try it for myself and wow! I bought one the next day! I simply bought the same one she did and it’s great. Very strong stream and I like the fact that it is totally wireless. It comes with a wire to charge it with and has a little plug to keep it waterproof When not plugged in. It takes a little getting used to, trust me you will probably spray the ceiling or your mirror a few times before you get the hang of it, lol. But I floss regularly, and I can tell you that it gets things out of there that I don’t with regular floss! I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The floss will stay in my purse for use when I’m on the go! I honestly don’t think you would regret purchasing this. I actually brush my teeth and then use this to floss with, thus rinsing my mouth out at the same time. Feels like I just went to the dentist every time I use it!

This runs forever on original charge! Travel w/o having to bring along charging block and cord!
This water flosser works great, but, the BEST feature is how long it stays charged!! I purchased this for travel almost 2 months ago and have been using it non-stop, 2x daily, for SEVEN weeks straight without having to charge! I have NO idea how long it will continue before I have to plug into the charger…but, I will update when that time comes! This is an excellent product in both performance, the assortment of attachments and the battery life is beyond belief! Oh! And it’s a pretty soft pink color! I also purchased the matching pink sonic toothbrush of the same brand. It too has been used at least 2x/day and is still running just fine on the original charge! Knowing that these don’t need chargers is going to make them extremely useful when we are traveling overseas! No more worrying about finding the right plugs and current! Our typical European trips last about 4 weeks. NO problem with this flosser! 😍

Not bad for the price.
For the quick review, this is fine especially for the price I got it at. Not the best I've used, but not the worst either. I'd prefer to give it 3.5 stars, but it's closer to 4 than 3 for me. Biggest issue is the nozzles don't seat firmly, so they tend to spin in your mouth and you have to adjust as you're using it to floss. They won't fall out or anything, but it takes an adjustment to learn to use if you're switching from a Waterpik. The nozzles are definitely cheap plastic, but they work. Doesn't leak, battery life is good, and it's relatively quiet for a water flosser, though there's no mistaking the sound. Haven't been to see a dentist since I got it, so I don't know about the claims on how clean it keeps your teeth, but it does a fair job at getting food particles from between your teeth out. Overall, it's fine. I don't regret the purchase, but I don't know if I'll buy it again once this one wears out.Now for the long review. Before this I've only used Waterpik flossers, so I'll be comparing them a lot. Off the rip, this isn't as powerful as a Waterpik, not even the portable one. I started using water flossers 10 years ago with a portable Waterpik, then upgraded to a counter top Waterpik Ultra about 6 years ago. This past week it died on me, and this was the easiest (and cheapest) replacement option. I didn't expect amazing quality, and I was right not to. That being said, it's quite good for the price I bought it at. I got this on sale with a coupon for about $20. That's just under half the price of the cheapest Waterpiks. At twice a day, the battery lasted for just over a week. Like I said above, I don't know about the claims on how clean it keeps your teeth, but I'll update my review next time I go to the dentist. So far, it's done a good job of removing food particles which is the biggest thing I bought it for.Water pressure is a little low for me, but again I've been using Waterpiks at the highest pressure for a few years now. It can take a few passes for me to make sure I haven't missed anything in my teeth, and unfortunately that means I find myself refilling the reservoir at least once during most of my uses. Annoying, but I had to do this with the portable Waterpik too so I expected it and didn't dock points. It's only got two pressure settings: clean and soft. There's a massage setting has a pulse between the settings, but I don't use it. I only used the soft setting once and found it to be useless; I could compare it to a 2 or 3 pressure on a Waterpik. The 'clean' setting is comparable to a 5 or 6 on the Waterpik. Useable, but not super strong. Just enough for me to get some stubborn areas on my teeth, so I docked a half point for the highest pressure not being good enough for me. I've read some reviews of people saying that this has extremely strong pressure for a water flosser and others saying it's near perfect. I have to say that is not my experience at all. Could be a difference in manufacturing or any number of things, but for me the pressure could be half again as strong on the clean setting and I'd be much happier. This does NOT come with an adapter for the charging cable. You have to provide your own 5v power brick. I had enough extras lying around from other electronics that I could give it a dedicated adapter, but it is definitely annoying that they can't provide a $2 adapter in the box. For package reduction reasons? That's seriously the excuse they went for? Whatever. It's advertised so no docked points for it.Now the biggest issue I had with this flosser and what made me dock a whole point. The nozzles. Not the variety, that's fine, though I'll say that I have only used the standard nozzle and the tongue nozzle to date. I don't have gum issues that require the periodontal tip or orthodontia that require a the specialized tip for orthodontia. That being said, the problem with the nozzles is their quality and how they're seated in the device itself. The plastic they're made from is thin, and not very durable. For the tongue scraper, this means you can't exert a lot of pressure before the nozzle bends when using it. For the standard nozzle that means it can bend just from the pressure of your cheek and gum pressing on it. The way it's seated in the device itself doesn't help. No nozzle is loose, nor do they leak water, let me be clear there. Once the nozzle is seated, it won't come out and they spray water only as intended. No the issue is, the nozzles spin. In theory this wouldn't be a big deal, the nozzles are meant to spin to allow minute adjustments while they're in your mouth so you can keep that 90 degree angle on your gums. In practice, because the nozzles spin so easily you'll often find the nozzle pointing in the wrong direction in your mouth as you try and floss. This took a real adjustment to get right, and to be honest I'm still adjusting. I still have the nozzle spin the wrong direction on me sometimes, and it is extremely annoying to have to pay so much attention to the nozzle when I'm trying to use it. This is something I wouldn't have even thought of as a problem, except that Waterpik doesn't have it at all. Waterpik solved this problem by having an adjustable nozzle with set turns. Each time you turn the nozzle to a new angle, it clicks into place. Harder to spin the nozzle, but easier to use. Coslus spins freely, no clicking into place and no torque required to move. Because of that I find myself spinning the entire device while I use it to keep the the nozzle at a 90 degree angle to my gums. This is the biggest reason I over my teeth 3 or 4 times when I use the Coslus. The nozzle has spun off center a little, and I want to make sure my teeth are clean. You could try and hold the device at the nozzle and keep the nozzle from spinning, but that's extremely awkward (and the video they provide doesn't show the device being held or used that way so clearly they don't expect if of you). With all that being said, I got this mostly because I didn't want to go back to regular flossing and I couldn't afford getting another really nice Waterpik right now. This was a stopgap so I could keep 'flossing' and not mess with my budget much. In a month or so I'll probably get another countertop Waterpik and this will be relegated to a travel device. For now it does mostly what I need, in a slightly annoying way, and at a very affordable price.

Great Customer Service
I purchased my water pick December 2024. I have used it every night since and I am in love!!!1. My teeth have never been cleaner. I went to my semi-annual cleaning and the dental hygienist told me my teeth were so clean she didn’t need to do anything. The only difference between my old routine and new routine is this dental flosser.2. The battery lasts a few weeks before recharging and I love that the water pick is waterproof. Sometimes I brush my teeth in the shower and now I can floss there too!3. The water tank holds more water than I need to floss so it’s a one time fill.3. Customer service was incredible. The back flap (where I fill the water) broke after a five months of use. Amazon would not help, but I contacted the company directly. I received a response within hours and was told not to worry they will help. I had to send a picture of my issue, order number, and I was told they would replace the water tank entirely. I sent my address and within a week I had my new tank! I don’t think many companies stand by their product the way this company does. If you are between products, I suggest this one because of customer support and warranty.

Excellent Water Flosser and Even Better Customer Service
Definitely 5 stars for product effectiveness and customer service. We ordered this for my wife a year and a half ago. She's uses it every day. It works extremely well and she has been very happy with it. About a week ago it started making a high pitched noise and didn't suction or spray the water in the reservoir. I saw that it had a 2-year warranty so I called the manufacturer. The phone call took less than 5 minutes. The service rep was most helpful. Two days later we had. a new flosser. This company makes a good product and they stand behind their warranty with no-hassle service. Highly recommend.
