Excellent product!
I'm a big fan of this. About the same price as Mopar OEM but much more practical. The drain plugs makes future servicing easier and the added capacity doesn't hurt. I have it on my 2018 Ram 1500. Beware though, many people install it without the transferring the metal sleeves from the OEM pan and have no issues. I did transfer the oem metal sleeves but they were too tight. With the use of a round file (just takes a couple swipes in each hole) they fit snug.

These Pans Are Exactly What I Needed
I have 2 of these PPE trans pans (ZF 8 spd), a +1 & a +2 quart for a Ram 1500 v6 and a awd Chrysler 300 v6. Both use the factory seal as suggested by PPE and please, DO use the small locating dowel/spacers from your stock pan on the new install. A quick buff with some 240 grit wet/dry sandpaper and a smear of red grease and they press right into place. They assure a proper allignment and proper torque limiting installation. I plan to buy a couple more for my other ZF applications. Pricey at 1st, but the benefit of superior cooling, and extra capacity, and inexpensive filter replacement make it a must have. Use the stainless drain plug and change fluid every 40K mi. and your trans will outlast you. Mine are raw finish. Seems nutty to spend even more for a product under your ride. Only roadkill will know otherwise. Enjoy.

Didn't fit the 'verified fit' Grand Cherokee
I bought this for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi 4x4/AWD. it was 'verified to fit'. It did but it did not. once installed the truck would shift into gear but then would NOT shift back into park. there was something about the clearances that would not allow the shift lever to return all the way back to park. I re-installed the old pan and all new fluid again, and the truck worked fine. I couldn't believe it. "what could be the difference?". I put this $400 hunk of junk back on, be because "it looks so nice and its gotta work". Well, no Park AGAIN. So after a couple full fluid dumps, and excessive wasted time, and the expense of this pan, I had to order a proper ZF factory plastic pan (I wasn't gonna keep the old filter original). With the ZF pan installed, the truck shifted fine. I did read online of at least one other Jeep guy having an issue and the PPE manufactures not believing his issue. So now I have a junk, oily paper weight.

2020 Durango SRT
had to drop the transmission cross member, really its not that bad. added an extra quart on top of what I drained out. No leaks and definitely keeps the trans fluid cooler by 5-10 degrees. I encourage you to get a new gasket with it. solid piece.

Great fit and upgrade
Fit perfect and allowed for 1 extra qt of fluid. No leaks. Follow the YouTube instructions on proper fill procedure and one thing to note when changing from stock pan.....transfer the collar washers over to prevent over tightening the pan bolts.

High quality pan with a few reservations regarding fit for 2015 BMW 328i
First off, I'd like to say that this seems to be a high quality pan. It's only been installed on my 2015 BMW 328i for a short period of time, so I can't provide specifics regarding performance improvements. I paired it with a Fel-Pro TOS 18773 gasket, and used nearly 7 liters of LiquiMoly ATF (LM20032) for refilling. Initially I went with a URO-011913 pan that I found on FCP Euro's site for about $120, but for some reason the drain bolt on that pan was leaking, and it seemed to hold about .5 L less fluid than the OEM. The PPE one probably holds at least 2 liters more than the OEM. Installation was (or would have been) pretty easy, but I did have one issue with fitment which is probably specific to the 328i -- because the pan has thicker edges than the plastic OEM part, the neutral safety bypass screw on the transmission housing was interfering with the alignment, so I was unable to thread all screws correctly (see video). If you remove the screw, you can align the pan just fine. You can see in one of my photos how unscrewing about half a centimeter allows this. I contacted PPE about it (their customer support was awesome, btw), casually joking about taking a grinder to the place on the pan that was contacting the screw, and they actually replied that "machining it down so this feature is usable in the future it will not void the warranty ... as long as there is no serious damage to the pan". However, instead of modifying the pan I opted to find a longer screw since only the head of it seemed to be interfering -- the threaded portion of it stood about a millimeter away from the edge of the pan. I ended up getting a stainless steel M6-1.0 x 50mm socket head cap screw to replace the shorter one that was on the transmission. With regard to installing on the 328i, the pan is maybe an inch deeper than the OEM one that came on it, so it sits lower than the splash guard. That means that the spash guard needs modification if you want to continue using it. Cutting a square hole for it leaves the pan sitting about 3/4 of an inch below the spash guard, which was acceptable for me. I did try to make a U-shaped cut around the lower box of the pan to allow the splash guard to protect the air fins from potential impacts, but since it was vibrating loudly against the pan, I'm still working on a solution to keep it. I might ultimately just remove the "flap" portion of the spash guard and accept the risk of possible future damage.

2014 SRT8 Jeep (It definitely works!)
Put this on my 2014 SRT8 Jeep. Works great. Dropped my temperatures by anywhere from 10-15 degrees depending on the driving conditions. Hasn't seen over 200 degrees on the transmission temperature since. Refilled with Valvoline Maxlife and Lubegard red. Plus it comes with a drain plug that doesn't break. Which is super nice. Had to reuse the sleeves where the bolts are from the stock pan which is no big deal. Keep in mind this is in sunny Florida. So it definitely stays pretty hot down here. Definitely a worthy upgrade and will be much cheaper in the long run with the replaceable filters unlike the stock unit where the filter is built into the pan. Highly recommended!

PPE transmission pan P#228153500
PPE transmission pan PART NUMBER: 228153500 worked great for our JLUR Wrangler. We were able to reuse the factory pan gasket but a new Mopar gasket is like $55 if you need it. Pan came with new hardware and a couple stickers for the toolbox. PPE makes a great product
