I’m a quilter and there is a learning curve. You have to hold the button for 15 seconds to bypass the auto shutoff feature. It will drive a quilter crazy. The steam is hot and presses a quilt block flatter than any other iron I have used including Oliso. Wish I had purchased it years ago! It is convenient to take to retreats too!

It worked flawlessly for about 2 weeks, and now pretty much every other time I turn it on the red water light blinks, it beeps 3 times, and it will not produce any steam or take on any new water. If I mess around with it for like 20 minutes (taking the water tank out, putting back in, doing the same with the filter) it seems to start working, but I have already burned my finger once quite badly doing this.There is essentially no technical documentation and very limited customer support, and the support that does exist seems to want you to try to connect with a tech during the day when at least I am at work.Overall I don't think this is worth the headache and doesn't really seem to do anything that a cheap hotel steamer doesn't.

Had to send the first one back to the store never got hot. I could put my hand on it. The second one works very nicely, but you have to be very careful to use it on embroidery the heat causes the stabilizer to shrink underneath and will destroy your project.

Am so pleased with this iron and will be using down at my longarm quilting machine and take with me next July to wedding of my daughter to help steam anyone’s suits or dresses for the wedding.
