Keeps my viit D levels up!

When it comes to liquid vitamins I'm a bit spoiled, I want to do drops, not whole droppers or ml of measurements. This says to take a whole dropper and I don't really like that measure of serving even if the very nice dropper is entirely appropriate for that. I want to do a drop or two, control the dosage and I know that's available, unfortunately I didn't realize that was how this was dosed until it arrived. It is clearly marked on the packaging, that's my fault but the amount of liquid to vitamins is a bit much when you can do the same with a drop or two from a similarly priced product.It is easy to take and has a better taste than the vitamin d3 drops I take which have no flavor and feel oily in comparison.

My D3 was low on my recent bloodwork, so my doctor told me to start taking vitamin D (I rarely go out in the sun), and said to take vitamin K in combo with it. And she specifically mentioned looking for MK-7. I thought I would have to buy at least 2 separate bottles to get all this together, so I was SO pleased to discover the combo already exists, in the ratios and amounts she recommended! I already take a ton of pills, so I decided to give this liquid a chance (we believe I don't process pills correctly, so as a general rule my specialists go for nasal/injection/sublingual routes, and am so glad I did!The taste will probably be hit-or-miss for you... I love strong olive oil, and that's what it tastes like to me. So I don't mind it. But I know the taste isn't for everyone! It comes down to whether you prefer to just have a bad taste in your mouth for a little bit or add at least one more pill to your regimen. I take it in the morning, so once I do my teeth and mouthwash afterwards it takes care of any residual taste.Obviously I won't know how well it's working until I get my next round of bloodwork, but I can't imagine it won't accomplish its intended purpose (I'll update this review if my D levels don't raise, somehow!)Oh, and the dropper markings are clear and easy to read, and the dropper works well (idk if anyone else has ever had those droppers where it seems impossible to get liquid into it, but this is not one of those!)I'm setting up subscribe-and-save so I'll never have an excuse to not have this on hand and take it!

I love that this has olive oil in it instead of a seed oil like so many other liquid vitamins. One dropper-full is 2,000 IU of D3 - so I take two a day to get what I need. This is easy to use and no side effects. Very happy with this.

Why does it have to taste like oil?

I've been a huge fan of Nature's Truth products for years. However, this burned my mouth and throat so horribly it felt like I was swallowing razors! This was only 2 small drops. Not even the dose amount.I am not sensitive to any of the ingredients, nor have I ever had this type of reaction.
