The included lines are way too small for the output of the burner. You’re going to re-buy them anyway, so you might as well start from scratch instead of buying this as a kit.

So the flame hight is only about 1/2 inch when fully opened.It’s connected to a 1/2 gas line but plumber said it should be fine. Possibly need a higher pressure gas meter (that’s what was recommended) but a little disappointed I went though all the work to build the pit and run gas line for nothing.I’m going to try adding a smaller ring to see if that will help. The gas fireplace inside my house seems to work just fine with the gas pressure I have.

Beautiful flame that is well balanced. Puts off a lot of heat so it actually works as a fire not just decoration.

30” put out little flames. Looked like a birthday cake. Plugging have the holes helped minimal. The supply line they send is chokes down to 3/8. I just don’t think you get enough pressure. Going to replace with 1/2” to match the inlet and the shut off valve to see if that helps. So far a dud and waste of money.
