Been taking this awhile now, I like it it helps me have energy throughout the day, I will warn you though if you take it you might end up releasing it through your urine, it might smell, but the smell does go away dilute with more water, its just your body getting rid of the part of the vitamin it didn't need.

Seems normal nice small pill easy to swallow. The only thing I don’t like is the fluorescent yellow pee I get when I take it.

I've been using this brand of b complex vitamins for the past several years. I don't see the need for multiple thousand percent of some vitamin that you essentially discard as waste, so while this has a fairly high percentage on some of the components, it's probably a middle ground of what's available out there. It's an easy to swallow, very smell pill, if you have concerns about that.
