My nails have been less than great for several years. I used the Vitacost brand for years and saw no change, and in fact, eventually, my nails got worse. I tried Sapien Labs and saw a tremendous improvement. When I ran out, I had another brand on hand that I started (Bronson, Ultra Biotin) and my nails started deteriorating again. Reordered Sapien Labs right away and my nails are already getting better again. This will remain the only brand of Biotin I will use.2023 update. Can no longer find this anywhere and it is so frustrating!

I love biotin and coconut oil, so this is the best of both worlds. I’ve been taking it for about 25 days now along with Saw Palmetto, and my hair seems to be finally making it past it’s usual stopping point aka passing the bar, which makes me very happy. Lots of new baby hairs coming in too, which I can see a lot more in the humidity...ugh, so I hope they hurry up and become rebellious teenagers at least. Also reminds me that I need to order more. I’ll update my review if they become adults and start behaving themselves. :)

So far I have noticed that my hair is thicker, and my nails are growing. I can give a better review probably in a couple more months.

I really like this product. There's no flavor. It seems to be helping my hair in strength & growth. My nails are less brittle since I've been using it. I would recommend.

I received the product in July 2020 and i recently noticed the expiration date was 07/2020.

Excellent product works as advertised. Easy to swallow. Non-Flavored capsules. Organic once a day dietary supplement.

It's been 10 days and I can definitely see reductions in my hair fall.. But when I started taking it I had a little print relating to upset stomach which is very natural when taking new supplements and which the package also mentions. Will update again after 1 month..After 2 months :When I first started taking it, I saw results as my hair was already so thin so I could see my hair growing back and towards the middle of 2 months time It worked very slow as it had already showered me with regrown hair in the first 2 weeks itself but towards the start of January I started eating healthy and taking this side by side and now (7feb) I can say that I can feel my hair like it used to be before when it was in its prime.One thing to keep in mind is that... I have naturally thin hair but even that got worst when the daily hairfall didn't grow back... My hair is still thin (as I naturally have thin hair) but I am very happy atleast the falling hair that didn't grew back is now growing back.

It is worth all the money and it has visible results. I have used it almost all 60 capsules (one a day = 2 months) and nails are stronger than ever, hair glossy and longer

Haven't seen the result in scalp yet. But the skin glows. I think coconut oil mix is a cool thing. I can't afford it anymore as of the price.

Have patience. You will see the effects after 2 months of use. It also aid me in little weight loss. I feel it, work best after dinner. My hair become thicker but for regrowth of hair, i think, i have to use it for some more time. Balance diet and exercise with it gives better results. Amazing product.
