This container is perfect for carrying a office lunch. If you use a quality detergent it will clean nicely. The lid seal is perfect and the inner plastic seal is easily removed and cleaned. Often with this type of container the lid may seal tightly when microwaving . My suggestion is that you remove the lid prior to microwaving and cover the container with a paper towel. It heats with no spillage using this method.
