I've only had this chair for a couple of days, but I am a big fan so far. I like that it leans back a good amount, but not too far. The faux leather is nice and soft and it's a comfortable chair. This pneumatic piston is very nice and very strong and the chair goes up and down with ease. I bought this chair because of the piston and weight capacity. I weigh 230 lbs, so not even half the 500 lbs limit. Here's to hoping the piston lasts and stays strong for years.I didn't have trouble putting it together, but it did come with quite a few screws and parts to install.

Very sturdy, but the back isn't reclining like my old chair. A trade-off for more stability and honestly helps promote a better posture. I've definitely noticed improvements to my sitting posture. My only real gripe is the instructions manual. The step where you're attaching the back to the seat is hella confusing on the illustration and. They should redo the manual at least for that step. Thankfully I'm not stupid so I figured it out quickly enough.

I like putting things together. I've assembled several office chairs. None have had such insufficient "instructions" as this. No text, and the diagrams are woefully inadequate. The biggest one: in one rectangle the diagram on the left is the seat with the part letter, with the mechanism to attach. The diagram on the right, with no part letter, appears to also be the seat. But the bolts don't attach--too small. After I've decided to punt it and finish putting it together, with only the arms connecting the seat and back (which I knew couldn't be right, while I awaited a response from the seller), I realized that second diagram was in fact the unidentified backI haven't tried the lift or recline function yet, but at least the seat is attached to the back now.It seems to pitch forward a bit, which I'm not thrilled about.

I did not have any issues with directions they we actually clear considering most China directions are not. Make sure you know how to operate an office chair, sounds silly but I saw a comment that said it doesn't lean back far enough it sure does to where I adjusted it not lean back that far. It is comfortable and really heavy duty, the chair weighs a lot. Replacing my current Corporate office chair that is super uncomfortable and they are brand new, they made a bad choice in replacement chairs. I love the lumber support for the lower back, the material looks very nice and for now plush (Hoping that holds up). I may have to chain this chair to my desk so no one runs off with it.
