Must buy product
I am using this for so long but still get the output as I received when I bought it, good quality of music, Still its working even there's only the wires are left, all the button functionality and other things are so soo goo. Fast charging, Easy to connect Bluetooth, good sound clarity, also mic clarity is good.

Worst product don't buy
Such a waste product I have ever seen neck bands, boat is very nice company to release latest technology products in fair prices, but these product look like very cheap and sound quality is poor, battery drain very fast, company says 20 hours battery life but it's hardly 5 to 6 hours in moderate use, call quality is very very poor, connectivity is also lags, I say only one word not to buy these product.

Pathetic and poor quality product
I'm extremely disappointed with the product quality. My headphones damaged within a year, well within the warranty period. However, the company representative rejected my claim, citing physical damage, which isn't true. The issue stems from poor quality materials, resulting in one non-functional earbud.Given this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing this product. Additionally, the service from both the company and support team has been subpar.
