I used these for the photo backdrop for my daughter's graduation party. I think they turned out really nice. When I made the first one, I wasn't impressed, but as another reviewer said, it works better to remove the ribbon and separate each piece of the middle tissues, then reassemble. I was able to save these and will use them again for another event.

After following the directions as to how to make them and not being happy with how they turned out, I changed the way I was doing them. I took the white paper out from the center and separated the four sheets and then put them back And then assembled the flower. I did it that way, because following the directions the white paper in the center didn’t separate. It was all stuck together and by taking it out and separating it and putting it back in the center of the Flower was fluffier and fuller

These turned out wonderful! I’m using them to decorate coworkers doors, but these have so many applications for party and home, too.Separating out the tissue paper is somewhat of an art, and you get better as you go along. Give yourself a good amount of time to prep them. They’ll look best if you get them all nice and wrinkly so you can really squish them up and it will be okay.10/10, will repurchase

I purchased these for my daughter's My Little Pony birthday party and they were beautiful hanging all through the house. They were pretty easy to "put together" although, there's really nothing to put together. What I mean is, they come already tied and all you do is separate the tissue paper and hang them up. I do wish that there were more than one of each size for each color, which would have made the way I hung them a little more even looking. For instance, I hung two white ones in our entry, one on each side of our doorway to our living room, and I ended up having to hand one small and one medium because you only get one of each size (per color). I did tie the a little tighter with the provided ribbon and I used purple string to make some of them hang lower than others and vary the length through-out.I remember making these a lot in the 80's and 90's with tissues and tissue paper and realistically, you could probably make these yourself for much cheaper and get the sizes you want. However, if you cannot find the colors you need, these work just fine.

This is a beautiful kit. It comes with all the pieces just as they are pictured. I used them to decorate for my daughter's Ariel mermaid birthday party, and added in a few decoration from this Little Mermaid swirl pack Disney Ariel The Little Mermaid Dream Big Swirl Value 12 Pack Party Supplies. Everything coordinated perfectly with all the plates, napkins, cups and decorations from that line of party supplies... but it took it up to the next level. It looked like I spent hours choosing each thing individually. My child loved it so much, we kept up the decorations for a week afterward! Great buy and I will look for more kits like this in the future!

Loved it and will purchase again. I used this to make a cut out frame for people to take pictures at a baby shower. It looked so good and got so many compliments on it!

lanterns are good and came with instructions. The paper flowers did not and I can't figure out what I am supposed to do to create them.
