Nalgene Travel Kit, Small, Clear

Bought these bottles on advice of a fellow traveler over 30 years ago -- cost a little more than I was used to paying but was promised it would last me a long time. Bless this travel pro -- she was right! I've been traveling every month for 30+ years and I still have the original Nalgene bottles but have gravitated toward the square, large-mouth (for refill ease) versus the round, small-mouth bottles that are TSA-compliant. The square ones hold a lot of product, line up beautifully in a transparent plastic hanging cosmetic bag (I use a label maker to ID contents), and seem to wash out with no residual scent. I can tell the old versus the new bottles as the former have a yellowish patina from all the handling. I highly recommend this product, especially since we're hitting the highways and flight paths again post-C-19. Good luck to y'all, safe journeys.

Love that the zipper is also waterproof. Surprisingly hard to find waterproof or even resistant zipper for a small TSA compliant bag.I wished that the bag could be purchased without the bottles, but I actually ended up using a couple of them and was very pleased (no Olive Oil leaking in my bag!). My only complaint is that the bag is hard to close when it's fully open. With the logo facing you, the zipper is on the right side when fully closed. Opening is a breeze. But there is not a good spot for you to grip when pulling the zipper closed from the right. There is a flap to grip, but it's doesn't really help because this is not a firmly structured bag. I've just started avoiding full opening, so then I can pinch the right corner together and zip closed.

Great little set for liquid and gel travel necessities. I have used this set in my checked baggage on multiple trips and have not had any issues with any products leaking into my luggage. I use these for my shampoo, conditioner, body wash and also coconut oil while traveling and have been extremely impressed. I also like the additional travel bag to store my bottles, and it also acts as an additional leak barrier if any of the bottles were to fail.

I have used Nalgene products for a long time and have been satisfied with the performance of them. I got this kit mainly for the bag which is a translucent material that feels a bit like urethane to the touch. I took it through security in two airports with no issues. The bag feels quite sturdy. I did have a small bottle (not one included in the kit) leak a bit of thick liquid and it stayed in the bag. I think if you put a good quantity of a runny liquid in it it might escape but that often happens with the old zip lock bags. Since its a rectangle shape its a little easier for me to fit stuff in it than a zip lock. I'm happy with it.

This travel set worked great and is as advertised. I’m not an avid traveler. I needed enough toiletries for 2 days. These bottles held more than enough. My only regret was only filling the amount I thought I would use. The bottles can’t be squeezed so I had to wait for gravity to do its thing. Otherwise great product.

I purchased this as an alternative to using and discarding a ziploc bag with each flight. I am sorely disappointed. The small containers are fine. A few are decidedly not leak-proof, but they weren't advertised as such. My main gripe is the abysmal quality of the clear bag (my main reason for purchasing it). It's less sturdy than a generic plastic bag. After receiving it, I set it in a rarely disturbed drawer. The sharpest item in there was the end of a plastic lotion bottle (i.e., there was nothing sharp in there). The Nalgene bag already has small tears that go all the way through. My best guess for the damage is that coming into contact with anything that's not spherical is enough to break through whatever flimsy material its made out of. I got ZERO uses out of it before it became unusable. I'm actually glad it bit it before I could take it on a flight, it definitely wouldn't have cut if for actual travel. Unless you intend to swath this in bubble wrap each time it's used, I advise against purchasing. The material is way too fragile for any practical use.

El producto es bueno cumple, tengo varios envases de nalgene y son excelentes. Sin embargo la bolsa no es de la mejor calidad, es decir está bien hecha pero se siente frágil no tan duradera como los envases. Pero si lo encuentran por debajo de trescientos yo lo consideraba comprar.

Ni mas ni menos. Es exactamente lo que se describe en el producto. La calidad del plastico es buena y la cremallera tambien.
