Game Changer!
This is by far the best oil I have ever used. I actually got this oil and one of their diffusers as a gift almost 2 years ago and the oil was a random pick, but I am SO glad I wound up getting this blend. I use it in 2 different diffusers I have at work, a couple diffusers I have at home, along with a necklace diffuser that I wear every day. To me, this oil doesn't necessarily help with sleep (I'm sure there's bigger underlying problems with my sleeping habits) but instead is more calming and relaxing. But that's my own personal experience. It could very well affect others in different ways. I'm definitely ordering like 100 of these bottles of oil.PSA: I know the oils by this company don't label what individual oils make up their blends but I understand that some people may have a sensitivity to specific oils and want to know. I love the smell of this blend
I love the smell of this blend. I diffuse it in my zen breeze diffuser at night and it really does help me sleep better. This is my favorite sleep blend. I have a few different sleep blends from other companies and this is the one i love.

great scent, very relaxing
I’ve tried a few different essential oils, still relatively new to it. Got this one for the diffuser in my bedroom. Has a nice scent & just very relaxing. Love this one.

Works for Me
I have used this every night since I received it. I have enjoyed a very peaceful sleep. I must say it has a blend of oils and my husband is not fond of this fragrance. He loves lavender more.
