So far we like this. It heats very quickly
So far we like this. It heats very quickly. We seem to be having a hard time fitting the hat perfectly so that it heats evenly. So we're working on that. But I am sure it's our error. We've only used it twice so far. I will update when used more.

The temperature buttons don't work. The machine started out showing Fahrenheit, then it switched over to Celsius. I push the temp button and temp arrows and it changes the timer setting instead. Extremely frustrated as I really wanted this to work.

Not a good press
This press is cheap, malfunctioning and appears to be refurbished. It does not heat up and beeps continually. I have requested a refund or exchange. I really need the press, however I have not received a reply from the seller.

it does not work
no paperwork with it. No instructions on setting it up. It did not heat up or let you set the temperature or time. Very unsatisfied.
