Good multivitamins and easy to take daily. The tablets aren’t too difficult to swallow, and the packaging is good. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and the value for money.

As with the vast-majority of supplements available on the market... it is borderline impossible to, practically & efficiently, measure the efficacy of the beneficial effects/properties, as, like other gradual changes with the body, we become near-blind to such slight changes that occur over prolonged periods of time that extend far beyond our ability to notice any minor, but consistent, alterations (like gradual weight-gain - you only really notice it, MUCH later down the line, rather than every single waking second/minute of each day)… Besides this, what we can confirm is the beneficial properties that have undergone rigorous & extensive testing to conclude a legitimate level of expectant results - of which can greatly enhance/boost your quality of life and general wellbeing... With your overall wellness in mind, we can, with absolute certainty, determine that these specific Multivitamin 'Gummies' are in-fact going to greatly benefit you, as opposed to not taking them... but if you were to 'not' take them, (likely) as before (prior to use), than that would not cause any major 'harm' or jeopardise your welfare - these are just to simply provide an extra 'boost' to your system/s - especially in todays day and age where food has less nutritional value and is more 'quantity-over-quality', processed, GMO + preservative-heavy, salt & corn-based products that provide less nutrition and more saturated fats and salt to make you addicted & more hungry shortly after - it has become another exploitative market! So the next best-thing, is to incorporate supplements into your diet, like THESE, which contain ample amounts of vital vitamins, which are exceptionally desirable. If you have had the unfortunate experience of taking vitamin 'Compound' tablets before, than you know what vitamins actually taste like and will appreciate the lengths and production gone to essentially 'mask' that unpleasant, disgusting, vile taste that vitamin tablets inevitably have... This product certainly DOES consist of vitamins, there is no doubt about that and there is a Orange peel-like flavour that overshadows the unpalatable vitamin taste, which makes these 'interesting' to say the least, but overall, NOT rancid, rather adequate and do go down without any resistance!.. The Orange flavour, that is more rind than pulp, is, logically speculating, a more sensible and rational choice to go for as the bittersweet essence is more potent and has the unmatched ability to effectively mask the foul taste of the vitamins - a solid choice! Each of the gummies are somewhat 'rich' and full-bodied in nature - the texture is like an extremely dense, but easy to bite/chew, almost like an extremely thick Jelly-Babies' centre jelly section with like a soft Wine-Gums outer layer. My tub has no gummies 'stuck'/adhered to the bottom or any of the internal surface-area, they are freely moving about, with only the odd one to four in a loose bunch, mostly stacked atop one-another, but easily separate with little-to-no effort... I am pretty happy with my purchase, although I may have to resort to swallowing them whole as they are very sticky when chewed and I am about to have all my teeth removed for a surgery to remove bone fragments from my upper & lower-jaw (from an old, invisible injury), so I would possibly be better-off ordering the tablets/capsules next time, OR, just stick to swallowing these whole, because they would melt relatively easily and digested as normal due to their nature. They smell fine, a bit like orange peel + subtle notes of vitamin compound/s... the aftertaste is where it really comes into it's own!.. The aftertaste literally gets 'sweeter' as time passes and it becomes increasingly more delightful. As aforementioned, it is too early to notice any sign of improvements or to measure such effects... it is a decent product nonetheless, they are of exceptional quality, from a significant (expert), reputable supplier of such products - the 'Well-range' is a heavily trusted brand - and I strongly recommend these Multivitamins (only if you are not already taking any other vitamin supplements - always check the ingredients first so that you are not double-dosing/countering!).

Good vitamins. I buy them for my husband, he used to have low vitamin D levels and had to be put on prescription strength vitamin D for 16 weeks. These have helped him keeps his levels up after his prescription finished. I'm not sure if they affect your energy levels. They are tasteless and easy to swallow. They could be cheaper but its okay. Same price as in the store

I have been jumping around brands for multivitamins for around 3 years now. GNC, Muscletech, Centrum before pulling the trigger on Wellman. My mom was using the well women tablet for the past six months and appreciated its effects on hair and skin. I gave it a go and right now I am on my 3rd pack (70th day of use). Here are my two cents of advice after reading a ton of reviews. I am in my late 20s and exercise 5-6 times daily building muscle, doing cardio and the occasional HIIT. My diet is the normal south asian diet with curries and flatbread. These tablets are just SUPPLEMENTS just like any-other OTC tablets, protein powders, aminos etc. Your diet should be solid in order to make these things work. My routine is taking them with dinner at 8pm. In that particular fashion, your body was fully absorb the nutrients, the magnesium will give you a good deep sleep within your 8 hour sleep cycle.
