But because it’s my first time taking creatine I am not so sure about what to say about it yet!I normally mix one scoop of it in my whey protein, most of the time after my trainings!I bought the unflavoured one, and just after I bought it, I tried it just with water because I thought it would be just cool, that it wouldn’t take of nothing but it does tho!I didn’t like it at all, it taste weird so I started mixing it with my whey protein after that ahahah :)If you want just to take creatine as it is, maybe you should buy a flavoured one instead :)
