Great product if you use it properly
This is a great product. As for the simple question, does it work? Th short answer is yes it does. The long answer is, it depends on you. While on the one hand I'm as skeptical as anybody when it comes to most fitness supplements, I have used this one to great effect. I was on a major cutting diet and I felt that this helped me no-end to achieve my goals. But I would follow this up with a couple of caveats.Firstly, the efficacy of this product is all on you. Throwing a few pills in your mouth and expecting the fat to melt away is just lunacy. You need to use this with a balanced and well formulated diet. One where you get enough proteins, one where you're actually exercising properly and one that you are sticking to.Secondly, I would share my experiences on this product. It says four pills per day, but not once have I been able to get to that. It's too much for me. I would suggest starting with one pill in the morning and one mid-afternoon or pre workout (if you work full time like me and only gym in the evening). I found this was enough 99% of the time. The added bonus is it was a great spark for all my workouts. It provided me more focus, drive and I felt more energized. I got more out of the workout!Thirdly, a few warnings. Read the labels and instructions. It says to reduce your caffeine intake while taking. This advice I completely ignored when I first started using it. I still maintained my desk job lifestyle with 15 odd cups of coffee a day plus 2-3 pills. Let me tell you I didn't sleep a wink! I was up all night completely unable to get any sleep. I reduced my caffeine to two cups of coffee per day and this was the perfect balance!Do not take this product 2-3 hours before bed. Words to live by!When you take your morning pill, drink down a whole glass of water with it. Trust me this makes all the difference.I would also add, don't make this part of your every day long term. I found that after 3-4 boxes using them how I was, my body got used to them and the effects wore off. You do need a break every so often. I found maintaining a 2 months on, one month off cycle the best, your mileage may vary.Out of all the fat burners on the market, I felt that this one was effective. I chose wisely and the list of ingredients is actually pretty good. There is no rubbish in this, it's all as you would expect. If anyone remembers the old Xenadrine RFA-1 formula with ephedra, I would say I got similar results using this one.And the proof? Well, I am 30kg down, I'm well into a great weights and lifting program, I have more to cut and I know this is playing a great hand in me attaining my goals. This product is great - PROVIDED that you use it properly! Read the instructions, behave yourself at mealtimes, make sure you exercise and above all, listen to your body.Pro tip: For big weight cutting, I found that simply waking up an hour earlier, taking my Grenade and going for a one hour walk in the morning seriously improved my weight loss in a big way. It seemed the right combination. Remember. Like all supplements, it is a SUPPLEMENT, not a crux!

Grenade is great
I have been using this product since 2016. I used to be 120 kilo. Been working out a lot trying to get back on track until I found this product and been using it. Now I am around 70. Thank you very much. Everybody should try it. It's very good. Has no side effect apart from going to the toilet which is it's work to do but doesn't come as liquid as basic normal ones

It works, but has side effects
I have been taking this for a while and it has helped me with weight loss. Just one capsule gives me enough energy to get my 5k jog without feeling any exhaustion whatsoever afterwards. They are fantastic. That said, there are some issues with the product. The first thing you will notice is the heartburn and reflex. The next is your overall emotional state changes throughout the day.I for one stopped using it as it makes me annoyed and irritable so it’s not worth the misery.

works
combined with a gym three times a week i must say this stuff does work and i am happy with the result, i've lost 4kgs of fat within a month but my general body fat mass reduced much more, it gives you a good boost before the workout and makes you sweat excessively, if you are struggling with belly fat try it and try hitting the gym about three-four times a week, visible results withing a month

I can't tell if these are working or if it's changes I've made?
Am very confused! These seem good but I honestly don't know if it's the pills or the change in my diet and exercise that's producing the desired effects (all 3 I would hope). First of all, as someone who does not drink tea of coffee in the mornings (or ever really, unless I'm offered one by someone else) I don't `need' caffeine like most people in order to function in the mornings so I'm not used to it at all. So for me I think 2 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning seems like far too much. That's 450mg of caffeine in one dose (225mg per capsule). One can of Red Bull has 80mg, so that's just under 6 cans of Red Bull (in terms of caffeine) that you're taking in one shot. It's intense let me tell you, you feel like you're about to panic but never actually do panic. I typically work from 9-5 in an office job so am sat down all day and honestly don't see the point in taking 2 in the morning then 2 before lunch?! That's insane surely. I'll start working out at about 18:00pm - 19:00pm as, like most people, I work all day. Not sure why I need all this caffeine if I'm sat on my chair all day not moving. If they are actually burning off fat while I sit stationary in my chair all day then I stand corrected but I'm not sure that's what these pills actually do. For someone who does not have tea or coffee like me I'd say surely 1 to 2 capsules a day would suffice. If I am wrong, please please respond to this review as I need all the advice I can get. So I tried taking them before my workout, which is great. It gives you more energy. BUT, I work out at 18:00 - 19:00pm. If you take the capsule before working out at this time you will not be able to sleep as I've been discovering. I'm not going to wake up before work and do a workout either, that's ridiculous. I am seeing positive effects but honestly, I've been jogging 5 miles most nights on a treadmill in my lounge, trying to substitute a meal a day (or every other day) with a ProMax Protein Shake and have been doing weights every other night AND have stopped eating chocolate and am eating low carb / high protein foods like tuna etc.So because of this I'm really not sure if these grenade capsules are having any effect apart from making me feel wired and wide awake all day. Would appreciate any thoughts / advice. I will keep taking them until I run out but won't be buying again unless I notice a real difference when I stop taking them. They may well be a very powerful caffeine placebo (as you might have seen on Derren Brown's show recently, capsules work better than pills) but the reviews on here seem to disagree. We all want a quick fix and I think protein shakes are probably more effective at building muscle / losing weight although they won't give you the energy these things will. It's a tough one. I may start mixing creatine with my protein shakes in an attempt at rapid muscle gain as I've heard this may work. It's all new to me and as I say any advice would be appreciated here. I think I'm learning this as I go along as I don't go to a gym, I am doing all this through trial and error at home. Also not sure if these really do supress appetite, still very unsure about that.
