Very use full product, especially it keeps your house clean from ashes, design is chrome and beautiful, cheap prices, easy to use, just one complaint, it gathers very bad BLACK carbon at top i think in long term it's unhealthy

I order a 2 pieces. on one the ridge to fix the incense sticks that sits on the bottom as stuck properly, I had to manually stick it. In the other one, I couldnt open the top section. feels like the top was wrongfully welded. poor quality and making.

Both the holders arrived without any dents in the body or the base as seen with other listings.They stand up straight.Sticks stand straight up. Holes on smaller size so sticks have to be gently forced in hence will not be loose or touch body.Sticks burn completely. Long sticks will have to either be broken or accomodated by removing top cap of holder.I prefer to break of the entire bottom uncoated portion leaving 3 mm stick exposed. When inserted, I have to allow 2- 3 minutes of burning for the sticks to allow cap to be placedTop cap has a small cup for dhoop or diyaSteel is thin so will dent easily if not handled carefully.Should also be prone to cracking over as with other thin cylindrical steel items.All in all excellent value for the money.
