Not very good the rubber turned out like plastic and hurts the sole...had to put extra layer of rubber on ...plus the heel was not as high as advertised with the lip cutting the ankle skin ...supposedly goes softer after a week's wear. After extra layer of rubber sole added works a little better with most of the Gibson work wear shoes that I have tried to date. This was a bad one compared to the others, but added work made it look toe punter semi management trousers to suit compatible shoes. Heels still have to reworked to go a little thicker with more walkable rubber. Basically interesting advertised as PU Leather, then watched program on how they first treated rubber with sulfur.Still not really formal management shoes or for special occasions due to no stitching on sole topside. Would serve also as Office Red Herring Boy kick around shoe like being back at school again? Seen also some City Knights shoes a little bit more expensive but higher grade for that purpose.

Had I written this review in the first couple of weeks, I would have given at least four stars. The shoes were a good fit and extremely comfortable.Although I use them for work they have had light use. I had thought the quality was good until yesterday , when I noticed the sole had split entirely and I will now need to look to purchase a new pair. 3 months use is extremely poor. Would certainly not recommend.

I tend to have several sets of work shoes on the go at any one time - that means that in a year I might wear one pair of shoes once a week or so - perhaps 50 times a year taking into account holidays, etc.Within days the front had scuffed and the shiny surface had come away to leave me with a brown underlayer. This has accepted polish so it doesn't look too bad, but they have basically looked shabby when looked at close up from the get-go.A real shame.

I wanted to get some decent looking shoes that would be suitable for work and day to day wear with a rubber sole. I've found that after about a year of regular day to day use leather soled shoes ultimately end up with holes in them. I'm expecting these to last longer.The leather uppers mean that they are decent enough for work. They are also comfortable. They are perhaps not the most stylish shoe, but they do the job.

basic pair of shoes came on time , i wear a 12 normal size for work shoes etc so since these were dress shoes i went another full size up , they are not wide fit by any sense of the imagination more like a normal shoe and i dont feel the sho will stretch so back to amazon they go

Disappointed with these shoes. The soul and heel look and feel like hard plastic. Hard as nails. No cushioning and poor comfort levels. They have the look of barely lasting three months... we shall see, but the major point being there is no cushioning whatsoever and are uncomfortable. Look more like being replaced early.

Bought this last year, most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in ages, so I’ve bought this pair as a back up. I’m a bus driver and driving with good footwear is a must, the company issue ones are okay, but this is way better. the last pair are still going strong , no splits.

Well I liked these when I got them apart from the rock hard sole, they may look bouncy but are hard plastic. Anyway the sole fell off within 40 days. The company thus far has refused to allow a return saying this is out of time. Illegal and poor service.I strongly advise you to not buy these.
