I decided to get back on to my keto diet and have failed to successfully see past a couple of days. I started this MCT oil just less than half teaspoon in my morning coffee and wow did I notice a huge difference, it curbed my appetite right down allowing me to do longer periods of intermittent fasting. Day 2 I tried half a teaspoon instead of just under and it did give me a little bit of an iffy tummy but it soon passed. 3 days in and I'm already in full blown ketosis. This stuff is amazing. I think maybe take small amounts to start with and slowly build it up. 5 stars.

This came quickly and unlike other things I have bought, came with good instructions. I put half a tsp in a black coffee & went from there. I now put 2 tsps in my coffee every morning. I can't say for sure if it is my will power or the combination of the oil & w.p but in the past week I have lost 4 lbs. I have always been an intermittent faster throughout my life. I'm 51 & menopause has taken its toll, I'm overweight but I think this oil is helping me mentally. Its tasteless & easy to take, helps me fast for longer, so all in all i would say try it. You need to have the correct frame of mind then adding this oil will help. Its not a miracle but its a great aid with IF.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from taking this but what I did know was my intermittent fasting gave me a big energy boost once I was in the autophagy stage.So I thought I’d give this ago and see what happens with a ketosis induced autophagy.I used it in my morning coffee and it was really nice.Well, it worked, giving me a decent boost in energy, however not to the same degree as fasting does, but still good.Yes it did make my stomach go queasy, but I pushed through it and wasn’t a big deal for me.Overall seems very good quality and certainly very potent stuff .

This did not work for me the way I hoped. I followed the instructions carefully and gradually upped the dose from 5 ml to 10 ml to 15 ml, no more than once a day (to see how I coped with that), but after I got up to 15 ml once a day, I started reacting very badly to it - severe upset stomach and stomach cramps, light headedness and nearly blacking out, palpitations, and diarrhea. It also didn't do anything to stave off hunger - I had it an hour before meals, as recommended, but ended up being just as hungry as usual. It made me very jittery and anxious, so I guess this is not for me. I already follow a healthy low carb diet, so I guess I'm better off sticking to natural, whole foods rather than looking for additional dietary aids. Perhaps this works well for others, but it didn't work for me.Customer support from Olivia was excellent, though, although I never got a response from Damien regarding issues I was having with the app on my phone and the computer. The taste of the oil itself is fine, it doesn't taste like anything and I had no problems swallowing it plain.

Unfortunately thi product didn’t work for me however there was full support from the company all the way starting with Ws until resolution. A reliable quality outfit and worth trying if you don’t have super sensitive gut.
