Opened the box, out came the knee mat, single bar, two wheels and two handles. You don;t need an engineering degree to put it together, 30 seconds later I had my ab roller ready for use. What I initially felt was that this was a solid piece of kit, it was heavy and it gives the confidence that it will not fall apart after a couple of exercise routines. Before using this device I would recommend that you go online, youtube, etc, to learn how to use it properly, incorrect use can cause back problems and the wrong muscles being used. The mat for the knees was too thin, I replaced it with a thicker mat. The grips on the handles are covered in foam, which are comfortable on the hands and my hands did not slip when in use. The wheels are made of rubber, I use the ab roller on a laminated floor and there is no danger of it getting away from me during use. It will pick up bits of debris, hairs, etc, easily cleaned with a wipe of a damp cloth. Because of the compact size I store it in the living room and take it out when I want to use it. I would recommend that you ask someone else to watch you when you use it for the first time, to ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly, it would be too easy to do it all wrong. After my first session, again check out online sources for beginner workouts, it was difficult to say if I was using it properly, the following morning I was expecting sore muscles, didn't happen, the second morning, that was when I felt the ache in my muscles, making me feel that I was using it correctly. For the price this is a first class product and when used properly should give good results.

Product is nicely manufactured, except...the handles slip off kind of easily. Ab roller arrives in a flat pack box and handles slip over a steel tube that connects all three four external parts (2 wheels, 2 foam padded handles). All is well until you use the ab roller and the handles slip off as there is nothing that secures them to the internal steel tube. Developing a solution for this would improve the product that is otherwise very good. Delivery was great and the product works as expected.

Not that helpful, didn't even come with instructions or what exercises you can do; The rubber mat was a disappointment as its just a small rectangular shape foam, I thought it would come with a decent size exercise mat, now I have to purchase 1 separate;

This is amazing. Small, light weight, dismantles easily to take away with me when I'm on business trips and fits into a side pocket in my carry on luggage so I can use it in any hotel when they don't have a gym. And believe me... Thus makes your abs scream!! So easy to use but incredible results if you follow the instructions and build up to a full work out. You will feel and see the difference in just a couple of weeks too!

The an roller is exactly as described. I bought 2. 1 for myself and 1 for my hubby. We're really pleased. It's a well made item, easy to assemble. The e-books were emailed to me and are a great source of information on how to best use the roller. Well packaged in nice And small box.

Poor quality. The product comes as two grips, two wheels and a metal pipe which you put together yourself. When I first built the roller there was a large gap between the wheels, unlike on the product photographs. I figured the grips needed 'encouraging' onto the pipe, as they were fowling on the inside because of the rough quality of the moulding; excess plastic was preventing the grip from fitting correctly. Having tapped one into place and replaced the wheels, I then found that the other grip didn't have enough pipe to attach to, unless you only used one wheel. Also, the promised 'three ebooks' weren't present. Returned to Amazon.
