A must to support your wrists.Really good quality and I use these all the time. Not only for weight lifting but also for handstand practise. Perfect for gymnastics and weightlifting!! Saves me the strain on my wrists!The grip on the is great, I rarely have to tighten them up - the Velcro makes them super easy to adjust anyway.Food range of colours, but the camo colour is my favourite!

Bought these a few years ago and now buying again after accidentally leaving my previous ones at the gym. The fact i'm buying them again probably tells you something about how satisfied I was with them and thought now as i'm about to order again it would be a good time to leave a review.So there's not too much to say, the comfort is as good as you could hope for, adjust to your own wrists and level of support needed, pick a preferred colour pattern so they look cool, and while I cant speak so much about for the more common exercises, I do a lot of body weight training, sometimes high rep pushups, so these are a great preventative measure aswell as supportive if you have issues already.In anycase I recommend having them in your gym bag, they're cheap enough and effective enough, can help prevent an injury and theyre pretty durable and high quality to.Pretty happy customer, I dont think you can really be disappointed at this price range, one of the best bang for buck gym accessories you can buy imho.

I've previously hurt my wrist in the gym and these are a lifesaver for wrist support, they're intuitive and easy to use and have allowed me to increase my bench press by a lot.

Product review after weeks of use near daily in tbe gym. Straps are simple to put on and take off, tightness of wrist support can be tailored by how tightly you apply the velcro straps. The velcro quality seems great up to now as I regularly take them off between sets. The design is relatively low profile which I prefer, just a small logo. Thickness of the material is good which combined with the adjustable tightness gives good support.Overall I feel these have helped reduce stress in my wrist during weight lifting. Brilliant cost effectiveness, I will purchase again if they degrade over time.
