It is a bit stiff while rapping around the ankle, I suggest that make it a little flimsy before wearing it and after wearing it for 5 to 10 minutes it'll be comfortable. Do wear lengthy socks otherwise, it's a little itchy.

I bought this for my kid. Being taking training for badminton, he needed this for fitness exercise. This is nice soft, have a long strap to tie. The finish is also good.

The particles inside keep getting accumulated on one side, so it has to be adjusted everytime before using, which is very irritating and difficult. Also the velcro fibre keeps coming off everytime it's pulled. After few days of usage, not happy. Waste of money

even i m not able to use it on my wrists its too bulky and with small straps its impossible to tie even tip is not touching how i m supposed to use it i ordered so many things good or bad i never wrote anything but this time its about my gym i paid 150 rupees extra for 24 hours delivery because i was so excited but i m soo disappointed now 😞😞😞😞
