We have an old cat who had an accident. After much washing we threw away our hall runner.. however the carpet still smelled. When the heating went on and the lingering odour became more apparent, my younger cat decided to add his smell to the carpet. No amount of washing and rinsing removed the smell. After much research and understanding that an enzyme based remover was the only option we purchased the miracle remover. We drenched the plasterboard, the skirting, the wooden shoe box the underlay and the floor. Left it to do it’s thing, then rinsed it off. The stuff smells of a minty Forrest, it’s very pungent and I would recommend that you have a window and/or door open when you do the initial spraying. The cat smell has gone, even from the plasterboard, which is simply fantastic because that was the most smelly bit. The minty Forrest smell remained quite strong for about 4 days and sometimes I thought I could still smell a faint cat wee odour. However we are two weeks on and both smells have gone. This product does what it says it will. I’m delighted that it actually worked. It is well worth the money, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. For the first time in months both cats have stopped sniffing around the accident site... so they are are the biggest advocates that this brand works.

This is the best company ever!!! Their customer service is second to none!... my puppy had been using my rug as a personal loo and would bring stinky toilet paws in from outside, I tried a leading brand to no avail however the first time I used the spray I used it on the carpet and floors and returned from work to find my house didn't smell like a dog urinal for the first time in months, it's smells minty (like toothpaste) however even if you don't like mint it is 1000% better than the smell of wee and it does get rid of the smell not just mask it,I have a very sensitive sense of smell and there is no underlying pong, even though my dog is now housetrained as he is long haired he still brings in smelly wee feet so I still use it, I also sprayed it on the patio and it did the job, no waft of poo from outside....I have purchased the carpet cleaner also and will leave a review once I have had time to get the machine out.... I will 100% purchase from this company again....well priced products that work!! Amazing customer service and after sales what's not to like!

Difficult odour to remove from car carpet ,works well but will need several applications - it did not help that I did not know the source of the odour but guessed it was a pet odour. Figured enzyme cleaner would work after studying internet on how to remove odours from carpet.

I was ready to throw out a 12x10 Chinese wool rug as nothing stopped the smell from my Dog. He repeatedly returned, despite supervision, and added more so the ammonia smell built up and was dreadful. I even resorted to using polythene sheeting to block him but the smell just built up. ...a loosing battle. Well, as a last ditch try I used this over a couple of weeks on the top then a week later on the back and then repeated so it had opportunity to work then dry out....i was amazed. The rug is back in full use with no evidence of evil smells passing the direct nose test and the dog has not revisited for some months since I last sprayed. It might seem expensive to purchase on the face of it but it is so worth it and ultimately the cost is nothing given the cost of replacing a rug. It is simply wonderful not to have the stench that even steaming or bicarbonate of soda or washing powder could not touch Oh and the colour is back to pale green. I can not praise this enough.

I prefer using disinfectant. Smells nicer and kills germs. This product has not deterred my puppy for returning to the same spot to do her business.

Fabulous stuff! A nice big bottle with decent spray mechanism, but most importantly it really does seem to work. I have a new puppy who had been to the toilet on a couple of occasions on our carpet. Although we had thoroughly cleaned it with anti-bacterial spray and with regular soap after, she continued to show a fondness for that spot and would sneak off to go to the toilet there when she got the chance. One application of this spray and she has never been back to that spot!The carpet is dark coloured and going in the skip shortly, so I can't really vouch for the stain removing power (as no stains were visible), but it obviously works well for odors.Some people have mentioned the smell of the spray itself. I don't *love* the scent, but I don't really enjoy the smell of antibacterial spray either. That said, it's not unpleasant and the smell dissipates quite quickly.

Our rescue cat weed on our carpet loads as she's very nervous, she then weed on our new rug.My husband used a rug doctor, vanish stain remover and steam cleaning and the smell lingered. I was worried I would have to throw the rug out or the carpet as the chemicals we used had set in etcUsed this as a last ditch thinking it probably won't work as we've tried everything inc a rug dr!Well blow me down! It only bloody worked!It smells of fresh mint and citrus which is a nice change and my cat walked in ready to wee over it all, she took one sniff and backed out and went to use her box!I am so grateful for this product and will buy it and nothing else from now on

This product left a pungent urine stench that filled the room. I had to throw outmy large carpet /rug as i couldn't eliminate the smell. A very expensive consequence!I also had to replace my vacuum filter as it belted out the disgusting urine smellevery time i used it, so that i felt quite nauseous. I do not recommend this productat all, and should be recompensed for my rug and vacum filter.
