I have by bottle here. It's water, natural hickory smoke flavor, vinegar, molasses, caramel color and salt. This product also has no additives, preservatives, or animal by-products and is gluten free.

how long can I use it after opening the bottle? Do I have to keep it in the fridge or cupboard?

This product is good to keep in a cupboard for 90 days after opening (no need to keep in the fridge). Hope that helps :)

They are two entirely different products. Liquid smoke is literally actusl smoke that has been collected and condensed into a concentrated liquid, to add a smokey flavour to dishes. Liquid aminos is like an umami/savoury soy sauce (but with less salt usually), usually made from soy beans but sometimes coconut, containing all the essential amino acids the body needs. It is useful in adding flavour and nutrients to non-meat products and dishes.
