If it tests positive for urobilogen or volition it indicates problems with liver function. A positive reading for nitrites indicates a U. T. I. Especially if blood is also present. Leukocytes mean that there are white blood cells present which also indicate a possible infection.

Draw the edge of the strip along the edge of the vessel to remove excess urine making sure it doesnt touch the vessel.Turn the strip onto its side and tap once over a piece of tissue. Compare the colour of the pad under good light exactly after 60secs, holding it upright. If your are checking Leukocytes wait up to 120secs.

Good results but fail

These worked well and I was able to get an early detection to inform my doctor so I could start antibiotics before the UTI got a good grip on me. The only thing is that they seem to go off quick and the colors changed and was giving false readings, this could also be due to where I had them stored but lid was tight and silica pouch inside.
