I have been amazed with this stuff. Skin on my forearm and lower legs looks a bit tired these days. Had one of these for an advent calendar so thought would give it a try. Goes on quite thick and needs to be properly rubbed in. Next morning there was such a difference to my skin. Feels more firm and softer. Scent is lovely as well. Have bought some more and the night cream as well

Its plant-rich formula follows the "less is more" philosophy, which I absolutely love. It proves that skincare doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive to be effective. The texture is rich and thick, so it takes a little more effort to spread while applying but it’s completely worth it. Despite the richness, it never feels sticky, heavy, or greasy, and it doesn't clog pores at all. Instead, it provides incredible hydration and leaves your skin with the most beautiful, dewy glow. It’s great for use all over the body, and although I personally prefer the lighter version for my face, this one still works wonderfully—especially at night or during colder months. Weleda Skin Food has been a staple in my morning and evening skincare routine for years. It’s incredibly rich and nourishing, perfect for dry skin, and gives that luxurious, deeply moisturised feel that lasts. Despite being so thick, it’s never caused me any breakouts, which is a huge plus. It applies really easily even under makeup and a small amount goes a long way. The scent is light but not overpowering. My skin always feels soft, smooth, and well cared for after using it. It’s also very affordable for the quality, making it great value for money. My only downside is the new aluminium packaging. While I understand the eco-friendly approach, it’s quite difficult to get all the product out, especially towards the end. Overall, still a fantastic moisturiser that I’ll continue to repurchase. I just wish the packaging was a bit more user-friendly.

Excellent. Love this product on at night to soothe and moisturise. It is quite thick and heavy, but a small amount goes a long way. I only use in the evening though, as in the day my make up doesn’t stay on well after using as it is so moisturising , if not wearing makeup then again it is lovely. Lovely product

This was recommended to me by my massage therapist, who has glowing skin. I have issues with dehydrated skin and so I was looking for a good moisturiser - hydrating, rich but not going to cause my skin to have breakouts through suffocating it. This is perfect. I’m on my second tube of it. I only use this one at night and a different rich moisturiser through the day. The texture is quite thick, almost like a balm but it applies really smoothly. It makes my skin feel tacky for a while after but it gives me confidence it is hydrating it. Through this combination of moisturisers my skin is glowing! I love it and can’t see me changing it out of my routine anytime soon. It is organic ingredients and gets a great score on the app I use to check skincare to make sure there are no nasties I’m applying to my skin.

Weleda do not package their products in fancy packaging; this comes in a small green tube, a bit like a mini toothpaste or ointment tube. I don't know what the full sized one looks like but I suspect it is similar. This small tube comes in an outer cardboard box, again like toothpaste does. In order to open the tube you have to use the lid to pierce the metal seal. This makes it tamper proof and means that nothing nasty can have been added after it left the factory. This is not hard to do and I like the feeling of security it gives. The cream itself is actually quite thick and a creamy colour. It smells like a fresh herb sort of bergamot orange with other herbs; a combination of those used in the product such as chamomile, calendula and lavender. I like the smell. It isn't sweet and feminine at all, in fact it is clean and fresh, slightly masculine and a bit like some ointments. I have only used this on my elbows, hands and as a special treat and in the interests of reviewing I gave my feet a treat too. I find it is really good for hands and elbows. My feet enjoyed their treat too. The cream is quite thick and feels quite intense but once massaged in my elbows felt nice and well fed but not greasy at all. My hands also felt lovely and soft and smooth and I was able to read on my tablet soon after applying as there was no slippery greasy feel. I was also very kind and allowed my husband to use some of his hands as they get very dry and cracked with eczema. This and the Body Shop hemp hand cream both helped a lot with healing them. he is not very good at regularly applying creams on his hands and that is why they get so bad. The scent lingers for quite some time and as I like the smell, I can work on the laptop and enjoy the scent on my hands as I type. This lovely intense cream is full of natural goodies Water, Sunflower Seed Oil, Lanolin, Sweet Almond Oil, Alcohol, Beeswax, Glyceryl Linoleate, Hydrolyzed Beeswax, Viola Tricolor Extract, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Cholesterol, Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol, Citral and Coumarin. Despite some of the Latin names these are all natural ingredients. It reminds me in texture of Body Shop hand cream, the Hemp one. It is similarly thick and feels similar in texture. As it is so thick and intense you need only a little for the moisturising benefits to take effect. I have been a fan of Weleda for some time and am yet to find a product that I do not like. They are not the cheapest option around , especially if you buy them in the UK but I do think they are good quality products produced using ethically sourced ingredients.

Love this stuff. I wouldn’t use it as an everyday moisturiser due to its thickness but I have been using it as a primer. Also use it on sunburn and eczema etc wouldn’t be without this.

Love this and get many compliments on my skin glow. However the packaging disappointingly changed a few months ago from plastic to metal. With the plastic I could cut the top off when nothing more would squeeze out and get another few weeks worth. The metal one is harder to control how much comes out and felt like it was used quicker and more was wasted, also couldn’t open up the tube to scrape it all out.

Nachdem ich eine Allergie gegen meine alte Augencreme entwickelt hatte, musste ich zwangsläufig meine Pflegeroutine überdenken. Ich habe bereits früher schon seeeeehr viel positives über diese Creme gehört (als Gesichtscreme) und dachte mir ich gebe ihr mal eine Chance. Nachdem meine heißgeliebte Creme von Clinique aufgebraucht war, war es an der Zeit der Skin Food Creme eine Chance zu geben. Sie ist super. Anders kann ich es nicht sagen. Meine Haut ist recht verwöhnt und ich kriege von vielen "billigen" Cremes einfach ziemlich viele Pickel. Von dieser hier absolut nicht. Keinerlei Allergie, Rötungen oder ähnliches. Ich benutze sie rein als Gesichtscreme, ich kann mir aber aufgrund der Reichhaltigkeit vorstellen das sie auch gut für jegliche anderen trockenen Hautstellen geeignet ist. Meine Pflegeroutine sah und sieht im Grunde so aus das ich mich abends abschminke, wasche und dann eine reichhaltige Pflege auftrage die über Nacht einzieht. Mein Gesicht spannt sofort nach der Reinigung, ist also tendenziell sehr trocken, bis auf den obligatorischen T-Zonen-Glanz. Morgens entferne ich die nächtliche, übriggebliebene Schicht sanft mit Mizellenwasser und trage dann Primer und Makeup auf. Das war's. Eine wichtige Anmerkung auch bezüglich anderer Rezensionen hier: Die Creme zieht nicht ein. Tut mir leid aber das ist völlig utopisch. Sie ist von der Konsistenz sehr dick, ungefähr wie Bepanthen-Salbe sogar etwas dicker. Und genau so fettig. Das ist ein sehr guter Vergleich. Aber trotzdem angenehm und sehr beruhigend und pflegend. Ich benutze sie wie oben geschildert über Nacht, daher stört mich der "fettige Glanz" nicht. Aber sie ist absolut nicht als Makeup-Unterlage geeignet. Zumindest nicht in ihrem Ur-Zustand. Falls ich nicht drum herum komme, massiere ich sie ein, warte 15min und tupfe dann vorsichtig und ohne Reiben die glänzende Schicht mit einem sauberen Kosmetiktuch ab. Da bleibt immernoch eine reichhaltiges Gefühl auf der Haut übrig, zum "Schichten" mit Primer, Makeup usw. etwas ungewohnt aber es funktioniert. Um ehrlich zu sein ist so derart reichhaltig das sie nicht nur mein Gesicht super pflegt - um genau zu sein spare ich mir seitdem die Augencreme. Sie brennt nicht in den Augen und spendet sehr viel Feuchtigkeit. Ich kenne die All About Eyes von Clinique und was-weiß-ich-alles für Cremes, alle sollen Feuchtigkeit spenden und Falten minimieren. Mag sein, aber ich habe noch nie eine Creme gesehen die meine Augenfalten, speziell am Unterlid, so gut pflegt. Ich halte absolut nichts von solchen Aussagen das eine Creme Falten verschwinden lässt oder ähnliches. Ich benutze die Creme bereits seit 5 Monaten täglich - aber wenn ich meine Augen mit dieser Creme eincreme sind meine Falten deutlich weniger ausgeprägt. Sie sind nicht weg, aber die Haut ist einfach absolut nicht trocken und die trockene Textur, die Falten richtig auffällig macht ist einfach nicht vorhanden. Das ist die erste Creme die (bei mir) genug Feuchtigkeit spendet um wirklich einen Unterschied zu machen.

I use this as a night cream, it smelled beautiful and is so nourishing without feeling greasy. I even started using it under my makeup when doing a full face makeup. Skin stays hydrated and glowy! Heard about it through Bella Hadid on IG so I had to try it. Will purchase again and again!

I love this cream; I mainly use it for my hands, but it works on dry skin wherever you need it. It is the best hand cream I have ever used and I have tried so many over the years. This one stands out as you only have to use a small amount. It is particularly good for my cuticles which can get dry & hard and no other hand cream has really helped this issue. It is thick and initially leaves your skin shiny but it soaks in and the shiny goes. It has a rather sharp smell which reminds me of eucalyptus. I'm not keen on the smell but I love the product so much I have accepted it. It's rather expensive considering the amount of product; but if it works I am prepared to pay the price. My only complaint - I wish it came in a larger tube. If you have dry hands, give this a try you won't be disappointed. I restrict it to my hands as there are other good lotions or creams for the body that are more cost effective. Although I can purchase this from my local health food stores it is cheaper on Amazon.

おお笑 となるくらい香りが強いです（海外独特の香り＋薬草のような香り）。かためのテクスチャーです（気温が低いから？）ですが、すごく保湿されて私はとても気に入りました。ぬって数時間すると香りも気にならなくなりました。乾燥が気になる部分、顔や身体にちょこちょこ使ってます。少しで高保湿なので長持ちしていいです！

My face skin totally colapsed the passed winter and was super dry and just trubble. I've read about this product and the bennefits it provides. And my face is sooooo soft, looks amazing and I just love it so much. Will buy again ofc 🙏🥰💯
