Perfect for keeping water warm in the winter for my feral cats
I use this in my garage for feral cats that I take care of. It is a nice large bowl with solid construction. Keeps the water just the right temperature so it doesn't freeze. My garage is detached so this will save me from a lot of back and forth that I used to do changing frozen water bowls. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Great heated water trough for your pet.
I use this in my garage during Wisconsin winters. It works very well. My cat goes outside for most of the day and he keeps hydrated by using this water. He drinks a lot, every day. It’s very easy to clean. The cord is made in a way to protect from being chewed or damaged.I’m very happy with this water trough.

Great for chickens!
We use these bowls for our chicken run! The only thing I’m upset about is that it took me so many winters to discover these! They are so much better than heating mats or any of the other methods I’ve tried during the previous winters.Want to save yourself so much frustration over the winter months for any small outside animals, give these a try!

It works well in below zero temps
I bought this for my barn cats and it works great. Our nightly temps have been well below zero and this keeps the water from icing up. The cats have heated beds in the barn, and now they don’t need to go outside to the dogs heated buckets in search of water. My only complaint is that the bowl is pretty small and doesn’t hold very much water. But, it works well.

Perfect for barn cat.
Bought this for a barn cat that won’t come near the house. Only hit freezing once, but water did not freeze. Will see what the winter brings and if it continues to work.

bought for my barnyard
I wanted a heated water bowl for my dogs and cockerels, when they are in my barn. I use a second one in my bantams' coop. Both bowls are working well. I have bought several more of these heated bowls to use this winter for my cockerels.

Large enough for feral cats for the winter
I know a lot of the reviews on this product said that it’s smaller than expected but it was the perfect size for what I wanted it for which was to feed feral cats around the neighborhood. The skunks or possums and raccoons have also unintentionally benefitted from it as well. The water lasts for a really long time. I forgot to plug it in one night and the water froze but shortly after plugging it, the water melted and warmed up within 30 mins or so, it was great. Also love that it is safe and monitors the temperature on its own so I don’t have to worry about it burning. You may just have to test it out yourself because there’s no indicator other than warm water to actually tell you it’s warming up or not.

Saving my birds (water).
With no snow the birds need water in Late Fall to winter , the dog would use it in Spring to Fall

Wish it was bigger ( My fault).
It works so far but temperatures have only dipped to -10C. We will see when it's-45C if it holds up. My fault for not really looking at the volume it holds. Great for 1 large dog but 2 large dogs and multiple cats keeps you filling it a few times a day.
