I recently had knee replacement surgery, 6 weeks to be precisely and I have been using this product. The medical people are amazed at how flat and quickly my scar has been healing. I am disappointed about the size of the tube so I had to purchase it twice. I use it twice a day, mostly after my morning shower and before I go to bed at night. It is good to massage the area for a while. I have also used it on some old scars which are fading. I guess that compared to some of the products that have 5 stars, this is well worth the price.... This is slightly 'thinner' in texture than some scar Gels, plus point it spreads very easily, slight down side it takes a bit longer to 'dry', but in some circumstances this can be useful as it gives time to massage the scar during application, scar massage is recommended by most surgeons to ameliorate scars.
